Oahu : The Magical Mystery Show ! Hilton Waikiki Beach Hotel

This was an absolutely amazing show! They were funny and the tricks were absolutely phenomenal! Very interactive with everyone and also very intimate and up close. An amazing show all the way through! Highly recommended for families or date night! A little chilly so bring a jacket if you get cold easily. So glad we came!!!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ This was, without question, the most disappointing experience I have ever had at a Hilton property. My family booked two two-bedroom suites at Hilton Doha The Pearl. I stayed on the 30th floor with my three young children (aged 3, 4, and 5). Shortly after checking in, I discovered that one of the windows had a faulty handle and could open almost halfway. Seeing my children playing next to what I believed to be a life-threatening fall hazard was terrifying. I recorded a video showing the defective window and reported it to the Security Manager and a manager named Rosenda the following morning. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the issue, I was told this was “normal in Qatar” and that the window was opening within the permitted limit. As a medical doctor with postgraduate training in public health, I explained that internationally recognised guidance for high-rise buildings typically limits window openings presenting a fall risk to around 100 mm unless appropriate safety devices are fitted. My video clearly showed an opening far wider than that. Rather than investigating the defect, the discussion focused on questioning whether the bottle I used to demonstrate the opening was really a 500 ml bottle. I requested three things: that the window be made safe (or that we be moved to an equivalent suite), an incident report, and a goodwill gesture to recognise the significant distress and disruption to our holiday. The only options offered were to drill the window shut or move us to a lower-floor suite, which was a downgrade from the premium room we had booked. I was also offered housekeeping and access to the Kids Club - both standard services already included with every stay. Still dissatisfied, I asked to speak with a more senior manager and met Karissa. Her first response was that the issue had been resolved and asked why I was still upset. I explained that my concern was no longer just the window, but how management had handled a serious child safety complaint. When I suggested that a refund for the first night or complimentary breakfast for the remainder of our stay would be an appropriate gesture of goodwill, I felt my concerns were met with a dismissive attitude rather than empathy. The problem was never just the faulty window. It was that a family with three small children was checked into a 30th-floor suite with what appeared to be a serious safety defect, and when it was reported, the response was to minimise the concern rather than take ownership. I expect much better from a five-star Hilton hotel. I hope this review encourages the hotel to improve both its room safety inspections and the way its management team responds to serious guest safety concerns.

Excellent show, Shoot was funny and made the audience feel comfortable. The magic tricks were amazing!

The atmosphere and experience was a must see! The host and the performer Shoot Ogawa were hilarious and very interactive with every one.

You have to do it!!!!! We laughed a lot, such an amazing time.

This was one of the best experience that my wife and I had while we were in Hawaii. I would recommend you that you make a reservation for this show ASAP. WE LOVED THE SHOW….
