Description
Vivez la Golden Hour en mer au départ de Nice. En fin de journée, embarquez à bord de notre maxi-catamaran Mayba et mettez le cap vers la baie de Villefranche-sur-Mer, l’une des plus belles rades du monde. Le catamaran jette l’ancre face au village aux façades colorées, alors que le ciel se teinte progressivement de nuances dorées. Paddle, snorkeling, détente à bord et apéritif (punch planteur) accompagnent ce moment suspendu entre ciel et mer, dans une ambiance conviviale et décontractée. La navigation retour prolonge la magie, sous les dernières lumières du jour. Tout inclus : rien à ajouter à bord, juste à profiter.

19h20 – Embarquement Accueil au port de Nice par l’équipage. Présentation du catamaran, du déroulé de la sortie et des consignes de sécurité.
19h30 – Navigation côtière Départ en direction de la baie de Villefranche-sur-Mer. Navigation paisible le long du littoral, baignée par les premières teintes chaudes du coucher de soleil.
20h00 – Mouillage en baie de Villefranche Arrêt au mouillage dans l’une des plus belles rades du monde. Temps libre pour profiter pleinement du moment : détente sur le pont, snorkeling, paddles, contemplation du soleil couchant. Apéritif (punch planteur) servi à bord.
21h00 – Navigation retour vers Nice Reprise de la navigation dans une atmosphère douce et feutrée, sous un ciel aux nuances dorées et rosées.
21h30 – Débarquement Retour au port de Nice, après une escapade en mer magique bercée par la douceur du crépuscule et la beauté du littoral azuréen.

Staff was professional and enthusiastic. Boat was clean and roomy. Views were amazing. Swimming was therapeutic!! I loved the music play list!! Don’t go hungry, the snacks were light, but that is not what we went for! Highly recommend this excursion!!
Great experience. Beautiful way to see the coast of Nice. Great crew. Perfect way to end of trip to France!
It was a very large boat with many people on board. They put all the shoes in baskets and at the end of the trip you had to sort through all the dirty shoes to find yours. Kinda gross. Bring your own towel. If you wait by the stairs until after the announcement you can go to the upper deck. Get a spot in front of the boat, it’s the best. Others brought their own snacks and drinks. Was a great idea because the snacks were a joke. (Breadsticks with dipping sauce.) they had a fountain drink station which was cool tho. Swimming time is pretty short. Great photo ops.
Very nice sunset tour. ... The views were amazing. Not much of a punch drinker nor did I care for snack, but the Captian and crew were nice and delivered a memorable experience.
An incredible experience with a 25 min stop in the middle of a cruise to swim! Unlimited drinks staff attentive and kind. (Special mention for Captain François and the staff who were really nice and funny).

The night we went was not too crowded so everyone got a seat. Very nice boat. We decided not to swim which gave us more time for photos. Staff was friendly and helpful. The punch was good. You might want to bring a snack

Fabulous trip. Well worth the money. The views were amazing, the rum punch was free flowing and the atmosphere on the way back became a bit of a party (maybe due to the punch) We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would recommend. Only slight negative - we arrived at 7.10 to find the boat almost full already so was difficult getting a space for us all to sit initially. So arrive early if you are a bigger group and want to sit together.

We enjoyed our boat trip - although unfortunately it wasn’t a very nice evening when we sailed so we didn’t get a very good sunset sadly! Great opportunities for swimming, the snacks & drinks were good! The crew were great & the catamaran was lovely!

The cruise itself doesn’t go very far. They basically leave port, turn the corner at the end of the jetty, and drop anchor in the adjacent bay. After a hour or more they venture the length of the promenade and turn around. You are basically paying to float on the boat. You do not see anything that you cannot see from shore. Beverages and food were terrible. The only alcohol served was a sickly sweet planters punch and snacks were limited to peanuts and trail mix. Upon boarding, all passengers had to leave their shoes which filled about 8 laundry baskets. This made using the bathroom barefoot a no go and getting off the boat chaotic with everyone tearing through the baskets to find their shoes. Plan on being among the first to board if you expect a comfortable place to sit. There was upwards of 100 passengers on our cruise and some were sitting on coffee tables because of the lack of seats. The captain made an announcement that smoking was limited to the aft lower deck out of concern for the safety and comfort of other passengers and proceeds to light one up at the wheel directly in front of us.. can’t make this up. Don’t waste your money and enjoy the sunset from the promenade.

Regarding capacity, our catamaran is officially certified to accommodate up to 200 passengers, though we choose to operate with a reduced number to ensure better comfort for our guests. However, during the high season, it is true that some cruises may feel busier, as is often the case in peak summer months on the French Riviera. Beautiful catamaran! Crew was nice as well as the captain. A little deceiving on the drinks- not a fan of the rum punch. It was advertised as alcoholic beverages as well as soft drinks and snacks. But not transparent on the booking. Also, the ability to be able to swim during our cruise was a little embedded in the booking so we didn't bring suits. That put a damper for my daughters full enjoyment of the experience. During our onboarding, there was a lot of pushing and shoving of the patrons to get to the top floor and there was no one navigating the crowd as there were a lot of people onboard that I felt was a safety issue. Again, beautiful catamaran and views of Villefranche- just some refining would be appreciated. Only my opinion.
