Description
Partez pour une excursion en bateau et snorkeling la rade de Villefranche - sur - Mer au départ du port de Nice. Nous vous accueillerons tout d'abord dans nos locaux équipés de cabines pour se changer et douche afin de vous distribuer votre matériel de snorkeling. Une fois votre groupe équipé, nous vous présenterons le déroulement de votre excursion, comment utiliser et régler votre équipement de snorkeling et quelles espèces sous marine vous rencontrerez probablement. Lorsque cette première partie sera achevée, vous embarquerez sur l'un de nos bateaux pour une dizaine de minutes de navigation vers la rade de Villefranche - sur - Mer. Après avoir écouté les conseils de votre moniteur vous décrivant les zones les plus attrayantes, vous pourrez alors vous mettre à l'eau sous la supervision directe de votre éco guide de la mer, également diplômé d'état en plongée ou en apnée. Profitez alors des sars, dorades, oursins ou autres habitants des fonds sous - marins azuréens !

We had a lovely time on our snorkeling trip with Olivier. He was pleasant and helpful. Our family of 4 (2 kids, 10 and 14) had such a blast swimming and snorkeling in the bay of Villefranche Sur Mer. Olivier took us to a spot with clear water where we were able to see some fish, sea urchins, and a sea star. We took a short cruise around the bay to check out the scenery, too.
It was fun to get in the water, but not much to see. A very casually run group. The zodiac boat was old and had no life vests and no ropes to hold onto. I would recommend this experience for strong swimmers who have no fear of falling out of a moving zodiac And are strung enough to climb the ladder to get back on the boat.
Hi thank you for your feedback. I would like to ensure other customers that we do have lifejackets onboard for each passengers. We do not spread it on the floor. Thank you for your feedback. We would just like to clarify a few points for future guests. The boat ride is intentionally very short, as the snorkeling area is located only a few minutes from the harbor. Over many years of operation, we have never had a passenger fall from the boat. Regarding the swimming level, this activity is suitable for families, children, and even non-swimmers wearing a life jacket. Once the boat is anchored, guests can simply float around the boat and enjoy observing the marine life at their own pace—there is no need to swim long distances. Finally, the boat is equipped with a boarding ladder, which is the standard way to reboard this type of vessel. Our crew is always available to assist anyone who needs help getting back on board.
From the beginning till the end, this was a great experience. I've been on several snorkelling trips like this globally and this was by far the best in terms of guidance - especially if you are new to it, or aren't a confident swimmer. Nico was brilliant at making sure everyone had what they needed before we set off (fins that fit correctly). He pointed out key sights on the way, told us in detail about the different sealife we could expect to see, and made sure everyone felt okay in the water, whether you only needed goggles, or more. We saw fish, an octopus hiding under a rock, a starfish (beautiful). Nico was an amazing host and I would recommend this operator highly. 10/10!

Great afternoon snorkeling in the Mediterranean. Short boat ride from dock to where we stopped. Guide was excellent and very friendly. All we needed was our bathing suites. Beautiful day too. A perfect amount of time too. Small group is the was to go!

We absolutely loved this snorkeling tour! It was the perfect way to spend the afternoon while enjoying the beautiful coastline. The tour lasted about three hours, which felt like the ideal amount of time—long enough to explore and relax without feeling rushed. The scenery was stunning, and the snorkeling was a lot of fun. Our guide was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. He also gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat in Old Town, which made the rest of our trip even better. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the French Riviera. We enjoyed snorkeling so much. Benoit was very nice and friendly. He explained us all the species that we saw and a bit of history of the area. I highly recommend this activity, especially in the morning.

Delayed ride. The organizer arrived 5-10 minutes after the agreed time. The boat was in poor condition. Missing screws, loose rails. Little information of the guide. The guide spoke low, few who heard what he said. The boat was overbooked, 5 people did not join. 20 people in the boat, but only 2 life vests if anything happens. When everyone was in the water, no one was looking after. Then more fish on the beach. Overpriced compared to what we got. Steer away.

Je vais échanger avec le guide d'afin 'améliorer la communication avec le groupe et s'assurer de son efficience dans différentes situations car nous n'avons normalement pas de retour sur celui ci depuis plusieurs saison. Je tiens cependant à rectifier plusieurs informations que vous rapportez qui sont injustifiées et pourraient compromettre la perception de notre activité. Le guide était à la fois sur le bateau et dans l'eau à rencontrer les groupes de snorkeling afin de s'assurer de leur sécurité. Il a d'ailleurs aidé une cliente avec des difficultés de nage à revenir au bateau durant l'excursion à laquelle vous participiez. Il est normal que vous ne vous en êtes pas rendu compte car nous ne souhaitons pas entacher l'expérience de tous nos clients lors de ces incidents mineurs. Nos guides sont des instructeur professionnels et sauveteurs professionnels. En ce qui concerne le matériel de sécurité, il ne se limite pas à ce que vous pouvez voir sur le pont... Certains gilets sont disponibles pour aider les personnes les moins à l'aise durant l'excursion, et donc visibles. Nous disposons cependant de 10 % de plus de gilets que la capacité maximale du navire.... Concernant le retard annoncé, notre moniteur était présent 15 min en avance. Nous vous avions contacté comme tous les clients pour vous annoncer un décalage de 30 min sur l'horaire réservé plusieurs heures plus tôt. Enfin, les personnes que vous annoncez refusées n'étaient pas nos clients mais ceux du club de plongée voisin.... Nous ne pratiquons pas de surbooking...
