The air could have worked much better inside the bus. Announcing that the bus is getting ready to leave when at the depot would have been nice for those inside shopping or using the restroom.. Knowledgeable staff shading there hoagie and fun facts of NOLA
Great way to start a visit to a busy town. Guides do a great job of giving you insight to the areas.
We enjoyed our experience while on the bus. The drivers and guides were great and informative. However the app wasn’t setup for New Orleans to be able to track when the next bus was coming. This resulted in long wait times for the next bus and wasted time.
The tour guide and driver were great. Bus 201 wasn’t great though because the air conditioning wasn’t working in the bus and it was very uncomfortable.
Great way to see the city and determine what you want to see and don't. The tour guides are knowledgeable and add humor to the tour.
It was a great way to get a good feel for New Orleans. The tour leaders were great and the folks on the BUs PA were fantastic.
A great way to see the city on a budget! The live presenters are a refreshing plus. The covered top is a great addition to the protect from direct sunlight and incidental rains.
It’s a great way to acclimate to NOLA. There’s nothing like Southern hospitality and being educated on the history of NOLA and the plethora of landmarks. It was disappointing to discover certain stops were closed due to the Essence Festival, in 90 degree heat + humidity. I’ll map it out better the next time.
We were on the bus with Logan & Ellroy and they were awesome we had a family that was very disrespectful to Logan and cussing him out and disrupting the tour. He very professionally ask them to step off that bus but they are more than welcome to get on another bus. It was so professionally the bus erupted with applauds. They really do care that you enjoy the hop on hop off tour. They willing to answer any questions about New Orleans that you ask. The knowledge is amazing and they want you to have fun and feel like you got more than your money worth.
Lot of fun but I wish the ride went longer than 530pm. Overall, well worth it and I would recommend it to anyone
