The experience was delightful and went as expected. All of the staff was very kind, helpful, and easy to work with.
Julio and crew were excellent. They met us airport with a cooler of cold beer and water, as we requested. Then returned to get us at end of trip. Door to door service in comfortable Escalade and Suburban. Drivers were knowledgeable about area. Reasonably priced as well.
Usually when visiting Punta Cana we have taken cabs from the airport. While we’ve never had any issues with those drivers it is very stressful and unsettling having to deal with many people converging on you as you exit the terminal trying to get your business. I did some research this time and Punta Cana Transfer had good reviews so I decided to give them a chance. They were also less expensive than some of their competitors. The experience was seamless from booking to meeting the driver at the airport to bring delivered to the hotel. They were also in touch beforehand to give us instructions. Based on our experience we decided to use them again going back and they were easy to deal with, answered all if our questions via text. The driver arrived on time and was very pleasant. He even told us about Cana trees and how Punta Cana got its name. An unexpected bonus history lesson! The only thing that might have been nice was if they had bottled water in the car but that’s not a deal breaker. When we return we will definitely use them again.
