Transport en commun entre Cancun et Holbox Ferry nous partons tous les jours de l’aéroport de cancun 4 à l’heure prévue de 10h15, 13h00, 15h45 et 18h00 avec la navette partagée, nous ne prenons que le terminal 2 national. Une fois à bord, le van prend deux heures pour rejoindre le port de Chiquila. Le dernier ferry pour Holbox est à 21h30 tous les jours. SI VOUS NE POUVEZ PAS TROUVER NOTRE REPRÉSENTANT, VEUILLEZ APPELER LE NUMÉRO DE TÉLÉPHONE QUE NOUS VOUS FOURNISONS, NE DEMANDEZ PAS D'AIDE AUCUN AUTRE PERSONNE. Nous ne reconnaissons aucun paiement en espèces à l'aéroport. Nous sommes toujours au terminal des ferries. Si nous sommes en retard, nous fournirons une solution sans frais supplémentaires. - Comment se rendre au Terminal 2 Domestique ? Si vous atterrissez dans un autre terminal, il y a une navette intérieure gratuite qui part toutes les 20 minutes vers d'autres terminaux une fois que vous arrivez au terminal 2 domestique à côté de la porte numéro 8, il y a un accès avec un gardien de sécurité, vous devez lui montrer votre réservation de navette. et il vous permettra d'entrer dans la section des arrivées du terminal, marchez tout droit jusqu'à ce que vous voyiez le bar d'accueil. il est important que vous sachiez que nous ne pouvons pas venir vous chercher dans un autre terminal, veuillez essayer d'être à l'heure, nous n'attendons que 10 minutes après notre heure de départ. Si vous manquez de temps, vous pouvez louer un taxi de terminal en terminal pour vous emmener à notre point de rendez-vous. nous ne sommes pas responsables des retards de vol.

Punctuality. The kind boy. Good communication since we arrived at the airport. Everything is fine, thank God.
The driver on the trip to Hobox drove way too fast, passing everyone and way over the limit. Was on his mobile as well. The driver on the way back to Cancun drove at a reasonable speed and was good, but he was constantly on his mobile. Would not recommend them.
This was a very effective way to get to Holbox and they communicated on WhatsApp which was nice. A few notes for fellow travelers, leave enough time to get to Terminal 2…we were coming from the USA into Terminal 3 and it took us quite a while to get through customs, outside, find the shuttle, and go backwards through the little gate to the welcome bar. Also, the seats are very snug so be prepared to get cozy with your neighbors. The road is very bumpy and parts of it go very fast, so if you get motion sickness, the bus might be better :)
Comfortable van, clean, on time, friendly driver, if not so fast, suddenly accelerates to much on the straights
We were a bit fair because we didn't see we were at the wrong terminal and the partner was responsive to help us and make sure the driver was waiting for us
Easy and the shuttle left right on time. The price was good compared to others I have seen. Exactly as advertised. We received the indications to meet our driver via whatsapp. Everything was clear.
I would recommend this excellent shuttle. Good price. Excellent driver. The only anxiety I had was that in the instructions to meet, they did not put the name of the shuttle service in the confirmation. It was "Holbox Shuttle". They only referred to them in a generic lowercase fashion. A capitalized name or photo of who I was searching for at the airport would have been very helpful. There are alot of guys holding signs in front of the "Welcome Bar" booth! Once Oliver, the driver arrived, it was smooth sailing. It took 2-1/2 hours total to get to Chiquilá because of the potholes in the road at the end. Once in Chiquilá, Oliver helped me to find the restaurant they said we'd end at because he stopped at the Pemex station instead. I was meeting my cousin at the restaurant. He walked me and my luggage there and, surprisingly, stayed around to make sure that she and I connected! So sweet! I highly recommend Holbox Shuttle shuttle service!

We had troubles with our connections and the organizer was very helpful in finding a solution for us, which I GREATLY appreciated!! Communication to get us to the meeting point was quite good with WhatsApp messages (it's a bit confusing at the airport as we had to change terminals to get there) The drive itself was a little harrowing- that is one bumpy road to the ferry docks, and the high speed truck passing had some tense moments! I was very thankful to have a hand fan with me. The AC was on but I tend to feel car sick & it really helped. All in all the driver got us to the ferry on time and in one piece.
Long bumpy road to Holbox but well worth. The diver was very nice. The van was accommodating with plenty of room and air conditioning.
