The driver never showed up. We arrived and this elderly couple had been waiting for 45 minutes and there was still no driver.

The attention of the tourist providers is very fast and efficient. The shuttle we took was very good, the operator is a good driver, it arrived at the indicated time, the route was excellent and we were able to arrive on time.
