We would have preferred to spend 20 to 30 minutes more in Key West rather than sitting around during the breakfast break. In our opinion, 30 to 40 minutes there would have been sufficient. Other than that, from our perspective there is nothing to complain about. The bus was completely standard, air-conditioned, without any extras, but overall we cannot complain. We got exactly what we paid for.

I didn’t realize I was going to be riding in a van and not a bus. It had a very crowded feeling. Also, the driver spoke no English whatsoever and was very gruff about everything especially when we stopped midway to the Keys get our food. Very rushed.

We started the trip at 7am from Lincoln road, on a ford transit van and altogether 7 of us. to be honest the journey was absolutely comfortable and safe which i was a bit worried after seeing a few negative reviews against the tour operator. we had plenty of time to spend in key west and we back at the south beach by around just after 19:30hrs. The only problem is the driver was only speaking Spanish while none of us couldn't understand or speak Spanish. Should provide an English speaking driver.

Big, air conditioned bus met us at pickup point ,the ride was comfortable ,took long . It's was Key West ,I'd never seen it. Totally enjoyed going with Viator.

Good guide. Hooked us up with an inexpensive golf cart which is great for getting around to everything in the time there in Key West. Been there before. Better to ride on the bus so can sleep both ways some!

We booked a one way from Miami to Key West 2 weeks in advance. Got a confirmation number. Called to pay and was told not to worry and just show up at the address. Showed up at 6:25 am and talked to the person behind the counter. They had the confirmation and said would take payment in a moment and to have a seat. 15-20 minutes go by and the bus starts to load. Go ask the driver where they are going and they say Key West. I just thought it was another trip. Staff hid behind the counter while the bus left. Basically F---ed 10 or so people!! I mean 20 or so people got on but 10 left behind. I don't know how their system works but this company should not be allowed to do business. In all my years of travel I have never quite seen such a deplorable act of a company. They basically ruined the trips of multiple people/families. Best guess is they over sold and just screwed who they could. If I would have known I would have got on the bus and left but by then it was too late. No information was given. Nothing was said, basically just hid and deflected and shrugged their shoulders. Go with a company like Viator or someone else. Do not use miamitokeywestshuttle.com (305 Lincoln Rd). Stay as far away as you can from that company. I'm surprised they don't have a class action suit against them or more negative reviews. After checking around it sounds like they do this all the time with no fallout. Someone needs to put a stop to this company!! I don't know who runs what or how it works but this place on 305 Lincoln Rd is a shady business and will ruin your trip!!
