*** Les clients sont accueillis au lieu de prise en charge et transportés jusqu'à leur destination. *** * Nous tenterons de vous joindre à votre arrivée via vos coordonnées fournies, c'est-à-dire SMS, téléphone ou e-mail. *** Notes de prise en charge à l'aéroport *** * Pour les arrivées à l'aéroport, nous arriverons à l'heure prévue, veuillez nous informer de tout retard et annulation de vol dès que possible, nous surveillerons également votre vol pour détecter les retards et les annulations au mieux de nos capacités et nous efforcerons de reprogrammer votre prise en charge. pour vous rencontrer dans les 20 minutes suivant l'arrivée de votre vol afin de prendre en compte le temps nécessaire au dédouanement et à la récupération de vos bagages. * Pour les arrivées internationales, nous vous rencontrerons après avoir franchi la zone douanière et récupéré vos bagages, puis sortirez devant le comptoir des douanes par les portes sécurisées menant à la zone de rendez-vous D. * Pour les arrivées nationales, nous rencontrerons nos clients soit au carrousel à bagages, soit dans la zone de réunion A, B ou C en fonction de la porte de votre vol. * Nous tiendrons également une pancarte telle qu'un papier/IPhone/IPad avec votre nom dessus.

Peter was our driver and he's very nice! he picks us up on time. I set my pickup time a lot later than our flight arrival time just in case for any delays, but they asked the flight number and picks us up right on time. He even takes our picture along the way to Banff.

Excellent Early Morning Shuttle Service We booked an airport shuttle from Banff to Calgary, and Peter was an amazing driver. He picked us up at 2 AM to ensure we arrived on time, and despite the icy road conditions, he got us to the airport safely and smoothly. He had the car warmed up for us and even provided bottled water, which was a thoughtful touch. The ride was comfortable, and we really appreciated his professionalism and reliability—especially at such an early hour. If you’re looking for a dependable shuttle service, I highly recommend Peter!

We needed to depart Banff for the Calgary airport much earlier than any of the standard shuttles run. Our driver Peter was great! He was at our hotel ahead of our 2:30am pickup time. He had plenty of room for our ski bag and luggage. The vehicle was very clean and the whole process went really smooth. We would use this service again!

Peter was a terrific and patient driver. He was waiting for us as we pulled together our family of 5 (a little tardy) and yet got us to the airport in good time. In addition, he waited while we retrieved an item that had been lost at the airport on the first leg of our journey. Highly recommend this shuttle service!
