Our tour guide Stef Mario was so nice and knowledgeable. Tour started with tasting, continued with trekking. Timetimable was followed properly. Everything was so beautiful. One recommendation is; we purchased our tickets with my friend separately thinking that we will be at the same tour; however there were two different tours at the same time so we got separated. However our tour guides were sooooo kimd and understanding & they found a solution. Organization may put an informative text (like there might be more than one event at the same timeslot) in order to avoid that kind of situation. Thank you!
Itala was our guide and she was super passionate about the volcano and knowledgeable about past events. She took us to some really great spots for photo moments. Had a great time. Required more legwork than expected but I survived. Listen to the advice to bring a light jacket because it does get a bit windy and chilly. Suggest you don’t wear white - it can get quite dusty.
Simone made this a fun, unforgettable experience. From the tasting of local products, to walking across lava fields that were made in my lifetime, I thoroughly enjoyed this excursion and the enthusiastic guide was a major contributing reason why.
Loved the Etna sunset tour! We started with tasting local wine and food, and then moved on to Etna. Our guide Francesco shared a lot of interesting facts all along the way. I loved the pace of the tour! There wasn't too much rushing. Of course, there was a need to finish the tour before the sun went down, but no picture went untaken and no question went unanswered because of it. And the Etna landscape is stunning! Highly recommend!
Simone was a very friendly and informative guide with great energy! The wine and food tasting was really good and highlighted the fantastic produce of Sicily. The walk along Etna was really cool and felt like you were walking on a different planet! Highly recommend :)
It was a great experience. Thomas chose a great itinerary for us to see the different parts of the volcano.
Well, in general the visit was fine, but the whole way they were trying to sell us other things. The tasting was not the best, except for the honey and the very nice girl who explained it. If I had known everything, I would have gone up with the cable car, which you can see more from. ATV tour, thank God I didn't do it.
Amazing and informative tour, the guide alessandro was very kind and made the tour simply amazing. Would 100% recommend. Wines we're amazing and so were the other tasting products.
Alessandro was an amazing tour guide! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We decided to sign up for the quad tour when given the chance. He picked us up after and took us to a lava cave. You don’t get to see the active lava, since it’s very dangerous and strenuous, but wonderful tour overall.
We enjoyed the hike on Mt Etna. Itala was our guide and she was very good. She spoke Italian and English. There were 8 people in our group, and I think that is just the right number. No one got left behind in the hike. We made it just in time for the sunset.
