Avec deux heures de départ par jour, nous offrons aux voyageurs la possibilité de planifier cette visite à leur convenance et d'intégrer facilement d'autres activités dans leur journée ! Nos chauffeurs de navette vous indiqueront également des points d'intérêt notables tout au long du parcours, notamment des montagnes comme Castle Mountain et Mount Temple, ainsi que l'histoire locale. Il est également possible d'observer la faune le long de l'autoroute ! Tai was great as a tour guide, very informative. Overall experience is fantastic and had so much fun!
We had half a day in Banff and decided to take this particular tour as it aligned with our times and we are so glad we did. We had an amazing tour of Lake Louise and Moraine Lake with Aoife from Alpine Tours. She picked us up on time and from start to finish, she was incredibly knowledgeable about the area's history, wildlife, and local culture, making every part of the journey interesting and engaging. Aoife shared so many insider tips that helped us make the most of our visit, and she was always happy to answer our questions. Throughout the entire 5-hour tour, she was a continuous source of information, recommendations, and fascinating stories about Banff National Park. Loved her enthusiasm - you can tell she truly loves the area. Her expertise, and friendly personality made our first trip to Banff an amazing experience. We definitely left feeling like we had learned so much more than we would have on our own. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Banff. Thank you, Aoife, for such a wonderful day! Our tour guide Aoife was amazing! Gorgeous scenery. Lake Louise and Morraine lake were stunning. The drive was smooth and well worth it.
Kathy was splendid!! Bubbly and knowledgeable, she passed along some fun facts and went out if her way to ensure all guests were having a great time
Lake Moraine Lodge, gift shop and cafe was closed for the season and I feel our guide should have known that as of 10/01 it closes. He went on and on about how we would have time to grab a snack and hot coffee or something to drink on a cold and rainy day. We were not. Had we known we would have made time to get something at Lake Louise. Our guide was knowledgeable but very hard to hear, soft spoken and the mic used wasn’t working well.
While the destinations were great, had I just been rating the ride it would have been a 1-Star. A full 14 passenger van with legroom for children was jammed full of adults - unacceptable!
Our guide Patrick was informative throughout rides to both lakes advising great trails to take best pics and less crowds. Great value, and pick up/drop off was seamless and right on time!
This was a great tour with Kathy. She took great care of us and educated us about the area. Very interesting and the lakes are beautiful. We had a fun day and would recommend this highly. Perfect amount of time. Some of these tours are 8 hours and I can't imagine that long of a day to these places. Just a note. We aren't very impressed with the Fairmont Lake Louse. The Banff fairmont was much better.
The lakes were stunning and the trails were amazing. The bathroom facilities at Lake Moraine were disgusting.
Just enough time to see two beautiful wonders. Great informative guide. Terrific tour for all ages. Public restrooms were horrible.
