The entire hot air balloon experience and ride were absolutely incredible from start to finish. The flight itself was highly enjoyable, completely peaceful, and remarkably smooth the entire time we were in the air. A huge part of what made the experience so wonderful was the crew. The pilots were exceptionally well-trained, professional, and demonstrated great skill in navigating the balloon safely. Their expertise gave us total peace of mind, allowing us to just relax and take in the spectacular scenery. While the flight itself was excellent, there is significant room for improvement regarding communication, scheduling, and marketing transparency. Our pick-up was at 4:20 AM, and we arrived at our designated launch spot around 5ish. Upon arrival, it was completely unclear why we were the only group stationed there. The crew simply waited around before finally informing us that the launch wouldn't happen until 6:00 AM. We then had to change locations entirely to move to a spot where the other groups were preparing for takeoff. Given the incredibly early wake-up call, our clear expectation based on the marketing materials was that we would be watching the sunrise from the air. However, of almost all the balloons getting ready around us, not a single one was airborne before or during the sunrise. I strongly recommend that the companirs update their marketing materials to make it completely clear that the actual launch time can be much later than sunrise, and that guests should not expect to view the sunrise from inside the balloon basket. Clearer communication on-site during the morning waiting period would also greatly improve the overall passenger experience.

An unforgettable experience in Cappadocia! 🎈 The whole team was professional, friendly, and well-organized from start to finish. The balloon flight was smooth, peaceful, and the sunrise views over the valleys were absolutely breathtaking. Everything was perfectly arranged, including hotel pickup and the flight ceremony after landing. Our pilot made us feel very safe and explained everything clearly. If you are visiting Cappadocia, this is definitely a must-do experience. Highly recommended!

A wonderful experience, also liked the idea of having a light breakfast box, that was practical. Pickup and drop off were also well organised.
