Description
Votre excursion commence par une prise en charge à l'hôtel une heure avant le lever du soleil. Faites une balade d'une heure en montgolfière à travers le paysage de la Cappadoce au lever du soleil et après votre atterrissage, vous recevrez votre certificat de vol commémoratif. La grande montgolfière a une capacité maximale de 24 à 28 passagers.

Nos minibus viendront vous chercher à votre hôtel et vous conduiront à notre zone de décollage.Une fois que nous aurons obtenu l'autorisation de l'autorité, nous vous emmènerons à la zone de décollage, en fonction des conditions météorologiques et de l'autorisation du décollage GCAA sera d'environ 15 -20 minutes avant le lever du soleil, parfois les vols peuvent être retardés de 30 minutes ou plus en raison des conditions météorologiques. Une fois que les conditions météorologiques seront bonnes, nous décollerons pour une vue imprenable sur la Cappadoce. De la prise en charge à votre retour à votre hôtel, vous passerez environ 2,5 heures. En fonction de la direction du vent, nous ferons de notre mieux pour vous donner de bonnes vues sur la Cappadoce.

I cannot comment on that, but the booking refund process was seamless. The reason was bad weather.
We had a great experience with Türkiye Balloons! Booking with TripAdvisor was seamless (and the best priced option when we were looking). I recommend using WhatsApp for communication after booking, it was always clear and quick responses. They made the experience worth waking up at 3:30AM for the sunrise ride 🌞

I booked two flights in advance with Turkey Balloons, which SEEMED to be a reliable airline, but turned out to be a BIG SCAM. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, the flights were canceled. I had to leave Cappadocia the next day, and unfortunately, I couldn't postpone the flight. However, I was reassured because the cancellation policy provided for refunds in these cases. Not only did they NOT REFUND ME ANYTHING, but they IGNORED our calls and messages asking for a refund. We are truly DISAPPOINTED with this airline. DO NOT TRUST Turkey Balloons and CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY, CERTAINLY MORE RELIABLE!!!

I am incredibly pleased with this tour. The communication started the day before to schedule everything and explain. The hotel pick up was right on time, the van was roomy and clean. The crew setting up the balloon was well organized and prepared. They gave us each a bag with drinks and snacks. The basket had 8 compartments besides the pilots in the middle. They explained points of interest and even made some cute videos. I definitely recommend.

The agency picked us up at the agreed time, super punctual. They took us to the Göreme Valley and gave us a breakfast kit. They explained all the instructions and we flew for about an hour. It was a very nice and amazing experience. At the end, we were given a flight certificate, wine, and then brought back to the hotel. The price was too fair and reasonable. All amazing. 10/10

It was my first time flying in a hot air balloon and the flight experience was absolutely spectacular. Berkant was our hot air balloon pilot and he landed us safely. Upon arrival to the balloon site, we were greeted with bags that had water, juice and something to eat and after the flight we were awarded with certificates and had celebratory drinks. The sunrise views in the sky were very beautiful.
