Long day but our guide was very knowledgable and made it a fun and informative day. We found the constant change in language a slight distraction.

This tour provided very good value and was well planned . The courier Carmen was exceptional particularly as she had to provide information in three languages . The only negative was a long walk back to where the coach was parked . If possible it would be better if the coach picked up the group at Palermo cathedral rather than the drop off point in Palermo

We did not have a very good experience on this tour at all. This company which is different to the Corleone tour had been trying to contact us by phone unlike Cassarta travel who emailed me through Viator. So in the end we called in their office and introduced ourselves only to be told by the girl on the desk that she had been trying to phone us on our home number in England. We updated her with our mobile number to contact us in Sicily which she checked and called. We then got the tour meeting places and times. What would have happened if we hadn't have gone in I don't know. However she did not update our details on the system, leaving the guide on this tour with only our home phone number! We thought we knew where to meet the tour as we left the guided tour, however due to very unclear instructions we weren't in the right place, the guide apparently was trying to contact us, unfortunately as she didn't have our mobile number to no avail. If she had had that number we could have got to them very easily and continued on the tour, but we waited as we thought they had our mobile, and in the end had to give up and catch the train home. I was very disappointed as I wanted to see the catacombs, it was the main reason I chose this tour. The guide from the company never gave a clear run down on what was going to happen on the day and seemed to leave it all to the guide we picked up in Palermo, who then had to say everything in 3 different languages which was not clear. I was very disappointed especially having had such a good experience from the other tour company. I feel that although the organisation of the tour itself wasn't great, our missing the last part of the tour could have been avoided if the girl had made sure our details were correct on the tour paperwork.

An interesting excursion to Palermo and Monreale. Monreale Cathedral is the highlight of this trip, but one also gets a good dose of the Palermitan streets, as most of the tour of Palermo is done on foot. Sometimes the hustle and bustle of the place can be a bit overwhelming, but tour guide Elizabeth did a very good job of explaining the sights in various languages in a non-stop commentary. The visit to the mummies at the Capuchin monastery is an unusual place to visit, but not for the faint-hearted.
