The app was easy to use to book for our tour. The tour operator sent a WhatsApp message confirming the meeting point and shared the entry tickets on the day of the tour so that was useful. Upon meeting the tour guide, it was easy to follow as we each had our own earphones so that we can hear easily. The 1 hour tour itself was informative and we were glad to have booked it as it was educational. This made the whole experience more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone who coordinated the tour!
Viewing of the Last Supper is worth it . We booked an English speaking tour but the guide kept speaking in English then Italian . It was very distracting and her italian accent was strong . She spoke softly. I couldn’t understand barely anything she said . Tickets to get in are $15 but the tour guide company charged us over $200. There were at least 25 people too . Not private . They communicate through Whats App and are not very clear about anything, but I will say their response is good if you text them thru that app
Our tour was so disappointing for multiple reasons. We were barely able to keep up with the tour guide because of the large crowds. The tour guide needed an umbrella or flag so that she could be better seen. The tour guide would forget to keep her microphone by her mouth so we didn’t sometimes hear what she was saying, people had to keep reminding her to put the mike by her mouth. It was supposed to be an English tour but there was an Italian couple who asked a lot of questions and the tour guide would answers them in Italian leaning the rest of us perplexed. The tour guided the Passover as Jewish Easter. She also took a personal phone call during the middle of the tour. I believe her name was Sophie. This was the noon tour on Friday May 15, 2026. We paid over $160 each to go on this last supper
It’s well worth the cost to see this masterpiece that was almost destroyed. Take your time to enjoy the painting from multiple angles.
Such a great experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Understand that you will get notified for two starting times, first the start of the tour and then the scheduled time to visit the room for the LS.
Guide was fabulous, friendly and organised. Great insight into the context of the work and well explained
Excellent communication via text. Big hiccup, we arrived 45 minutes prior to departure time, went to check in at ticket area, were told to meet our tour at 12:35, which surprised me as our original time was 11:50 for our noon tour. (So figured our tour had been changed ) Finally we were contacted and asked if we still wanted the tour. Said yes. Meet up with a gal, she took us to join the tour. It was 1/2 over! Luckily we didn’t miss the Last Supper. So 2 complaints- 1. Tour guide was very hard for us to understand! 2, since we missed the church tour, I asked if we could go back into church, but no because it was closed
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. The meeting point was in fact at 11:50, as our tour started at 12:00 and our staff was present at the meeting point at that time. They tried to contact you, and we are sorry if you could only join the group later, once the tour had started. Regarding, the experience with the guide, please note that all our guides are certified, but we will take into account your feedback in order to review our service and offer a better experience to future guests.
Good experience, charming work, guide experience learned to drive in Italian and English perfectly
This was advertised as a one hour Last Supper experience but 45 minutes was spent looking round the attached church. We had our allotted 15 minutes in the Last Supper but other than explaining why it was painted in the medium it was, there was no explanation of the mural. That said, this was the only way we could get tickets to see it but it did not represent value for money.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We are sorry to hear the tour didn’t fully match your expectations. Our certified guides can tailor the experience based on their expertise and the group’s pace, but the time allocated inside to see the mural is fixed and beyond our control. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to keep improving.
It is absolutely an experience to live! Perhaps with a cost a little lower would know even better....
