Jetcars et promenade en bateau gratuite à Miami Beach

This is the worst experience I’ve EVER had on a vacation. They rescheduled my booking, once I arrived, they cancelled it & refused to refund my $320 payment with no accommodations. They are very unorganized and whoever they have answering the phone (a woman) is extremely rude and unprofess away ional. Completely ruined my birthday. It’s actually cheaper and more convenient to go through the guys at the port when you get there anyways. Avoid Viator and this specific company.

I was not expecting this awful experience . Let me start off by saying there are SAFETY CONCERNS. They take you on a boat about 1 hour long. You will have to GET OFF THE BOAT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE OCEAN AND JUMP ON THE BACK OF THE JET SKI. If you bring a bag/ purse you will have to jump out the boat with it. Don’t expect a I let to have access to a bathroom or locker. Next, The jetski guy will try to sell you a drone photoshoot pacakage. BEWARE OF THE DRONE PHOTOSHOOT PACKAGE, ITS NOT WORTH IT. The light skin guy with red cheeks told us it would cost us more for the package since the we didn’t purchase at the front. The front told us they don’t offer this package $160. Before purchasing the package I explained to the guy that I flew all the way out here for this birthday experience. I also told the guy to make sure that he is taking enough photos. I received about 4 photos and 12 or more photos were promised. I contacted the guy who ran the whole jetcar experience which is the one who sold the drone package. When I got off the boat there was no staff member available. I waited over 30mins for a Cuban girl member that told me the guy lied about the drone package and she will report him. She told me not to worry that the office will get to the bottom of it. I texted the girl and she now says she can’t help me. He still hasn’t sent me my photos and haven’t returned my calls he claims he deleted the photos. I called the office over 10 times, emailed, etc. and I get nothing. To me this WHOLE EXPERIENCE IS A SCAM. We DIDNT GET THE FULL 60 MINUTES. JETCARS WERE OUTDATED AND SLOW OURS KEPT STOPPING. The whole experienced felt unorganized and rush. This really ruined my birthday, the staff members are not helpful at all. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Also I paid for the boating test twice. A staff member sent me a link to take it online. I paid for it, with the study materials and didn’t receive anything. The website they provided was also a scam. At this point I have not successfully spoke to the office on the phone and I believe they have now blocked my calls, very shady company. THANKS FOR RUINING MY BIRTHDAY.

This experience is so fun different. It feels exotic and it’s actually calming one of the best excursions I’ve ever done on a vacation. You guys have to try it.

Everything was horrible! Didn’t get a chance to ride the Jetcar at all got caught in a tropical storm for an hour in the middle of the ocean , had to try to return to shore, was told I’ll receive refund .. recorded videos of the entire experience

Worst Vaction Experience Ever.... JETCARS didn't function properly. CHECK ENGINE lights were on. All except One of the JETCARS were broken. JETCAR Staff were rude and impatient. Definitely was not worth the $400 hundred spent. Won't recommend this Experience to anyone.

AMAZING!!!! Words can’t explain if you are thinking about doing this DO IT JUST DO IT!!! Birthday shoot was amazing

The experience is worth every penny.its even better if you bring friends. I rate it 10/10. I am coming back to do it again soon with family and friends

Absolutely not what I expected went to the meet up spot and had a beautiful cruise to a larger part of the ocean where we had the opportunity to chose from three cars and enjoy a huge area where we could enjoy driving which seemed like forever we stopped in the middle of the ocean took photos. This was the best birthday hands down thank you jj

Amazing company, highly recommend. I will say the cars go very slow so I would choose a jet ski in the future but other than that 10/10 thank you!

The car was slow in terrible condition..cracked windshield..no radio...ripped seats..the car did not go over 5 miles per hour
