- Si vous devez annuler ou reporter votre réservation, faites-le nous savoir au moins 24 heures avant la date de votre réservation pour éviter tout frais de report ou éviter d'être marqué comme No-show
- Tous les passagers poids combinés ne peut pas dépasser 480 livres ou 218 kgs . Si tous les passagers poids combinés dépasse 480 livres, votre visite sera annulée et aucun remboursement ne sera donné
- Voyageurs seuls acceptés (il faudra acheter 2 billets)
- Le client qui a payé pour cette réservation doit être présent au moment du vol avec une pièce d'identité
- Les passagers qui ne se présentent pas et ne s'enregistrent pas au moins 20 minutes avant l'heure de départ prévue peuvent voir la durée de leur visite réduite ou être considérés comme « non-présentation », sans remboursement.
- L'itinéraire du vol peut changer sans préavis pour des raisons de trafic aérien.
- Les mineurs doivent être accompagnés d'un adulte
- Habillez-vous convenablement : les maillots de bain et les vêtements transparents ne sont pas autorisés
- Il est recommandé de porter des chaussures confortables, pas de talons hauts ni de tongs
- Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé pour les annulations de dernière minute
- Les non-présentations sont non remboursables. Si vous ne parvenez pas à votre heure réservée, vous serez considéré comme un No-show et Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé.
- Les arrivées tardives seront considérées comme "No show" sans remboursement. L'option de report sera fournie avec des frais de report supplémentaires.

It was good overall but his head phones were not all that great. Hard to understand each other. My husband really liked it.

Was an amazing experience. Our pilot was polite and made the flight enjoyable from takeoff to landing. I would definitely recommend this if you have never been on a smaller aircraft before. Very romantic if you take the sunset flight
