A really pleasant evening with Mariana where we made cocktails, guacamole and homemade tortillas. Met other guests which made it really sociable. We both left full and would certainly recommend. Need to make the venue address obvious as no signage for Aura.
Mariana was so attentive and a great teacher. She made the experience fun, educational, and very comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to learn about cultural foods and while having fun!
I love booking a cooking class in a new country to learn about culture through food and chatting with the instructor. I come away with a full belly and lot of memories. The instructor was really clear on her instruction and gave us each turn to make sure we understood the technique. I'll be incorporating them into my kitchen skill set.
We had such a wonderful time with Mariana and her team. Best way to spend our Thanksgiving dinner away from home with family! Food was delicious and we learned a lot of techniques of preparing different types of salsas and tacos! Everyone had to do something, even the kids and we all enjoyed every minute!
My daughter and I enjoyed this class! We were celebrating my birthday and our chef went above and beyond to make sure I had a good time. We made some amazing food: golden fried tacos, homemade tortillas and guacamole. We also made 2 cocktails that were yummy and I dont even drink alcohol!! It was amazing! Make sure you book this class!
Amazing range of Mexican dishes to try and learn about! All staff were wonderful and we lucked out with a great group of people to enjoy the experience with. Loved it!
Loved this experience! Very personal, fun, and tasty. We made two drinks, guacamole, and tortillas. Dessert was also provided.
We had our class with Chef Netzi and it was amazing. Making the guacamole and the corn tortillas was a lot of fun and they turned out really delicious. Chef Netzi and Dulce made us feel very comfortable and fed us until we were full. We learned so much about Mexican cuisine and culture, this was 100% worth it!
