There is many additional costs involved in this excursion. Do not be surprised if you end up paying triple the price at the end of the day.
Please read: great fun the trip was but annoyed that it was all money again when we got there. We weren’t advised to bring bugs spray or face coverings (for the ATV for the dust) and second we arrived we had no choice but to purchase. Could have told us this before hand as they sell cheaper in the local shops. Bit of a scam to get you to buy in there rather than bring your own. Not very organised or explained to what was happening next. Staff not that friendly and food was crap. Overpriced in my opinion.
Wow, the best way to get out of the routine, to live a great experience, the staff is very trained and attentive, I highly recommend them.
Nice experience with my family ,will do it again hopefully soon , I love Cancun must come back soon until next time
The experience was great!! I went with friends and we had an amazing time! For ATV remember to bring something to cover your face; the dust will rise during that drive. And bring something water shoes for the cenote activity! The staff were very informative and had a great sense of humor. Definitely will go back
Although the staff was nice, I can’t say that we had the best experience. Firstly, they were 30-40 minutes late picking us up claiming it was due to an accident (which we never saw). They had the one van pick everyone up so we circled around the hotel zone more than necessary, it took about 2 hours (give or take) to pick up all passengers and make it to the venue. It is also a huge money grab, lockers are not included (which is told on the listing) but are essentially mandatory as they have banned all items on the zip line and ATVs. It’s only $6, however if it is going to be mandatory it should just be included in the price. Also, it is advertised that beverages are included. What is not said is that they are in Gatorade barrels that have been sitting out for God knows how long with cups that are scattered around not knowing what has been used and what has not. If you would like cold, bottled refreshments they have to be purchased separately. Although it is advertised that the event starts at 12, we did not do the first excursion until 3:30. Zip lining was… not scenic at all. Everything seemed very makeshift and we zip lined over rocks and mud. The helmets also smelled terrible, it is clear they have no sanitation method for those. Same with the ATVs, the path was just rocks, mud, and trees. Some areas appearing as though they are prepping for construction. The cenote was nice and the band that they had was cute, however you only get about 30 minutes out there and the steps leading down are a fall hazard. The transport van to and from the cenote smelled about as bad as a barn as well. The chicken fajitas were small, tasteless and dry. Over all, I would only recommend it to support the locals, however if you are looking for a quality experience this isn’t it unfortunately.
Not worth your money. Lots of waiting around and the pictures are deceiving. The zip lines are like 20 feet in the air and you have to pay another $25 per person when you get there. The cenote was cool but other than that, I feel like I wasted a day of my vacation.
The tour was very good. The people were great, friendly, patient and welcoming. The zipline was a lot of fun and it wasn't too high so that was a plus. My 9 y.o daughter was able to do it. The Atv's were good and took a little time to get used to. The horse back riding was also good but not really a must do. We also really enjoyed the cenote. The water was cool and relaxing after being out in the humid hot sun. The lunch was just tacos and definitely could have been better. The other thing is, be mindful there is a charge associated with the park of 25 US dollars per person thats not included in the tour and must be paid separately upon entering (which was an extra 100 fo me and my family). For those two the reasons I didn't give 5 stars. Other than that, its a good tour that's a lot of fun.
I liked the attractions we visited. We hope to return next year and be able to enjoy the wonders of Mexico. Tip: a good place to propose, a couple got engaged during our visit
I really like ecotourism activities and this tour met my expectations. I went with my friends and we had a great time. Also, the people there are very nice and not to mention the food, it was delicious. Clearly I would go again, and it is not as expensive as many think.
