I had a fantastic food tour with Jean. He was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about Marseille. Being a local, he was able to weave in lots of interesting history about the city throughout the tour, which really brought everything to life. He also had a great knowledge of food, having previously run his own restaurant in Marseille, and we visited some really good local spots. The wine and cheese shop (with a very knowledgeable owner) and the aioli were particular highlights! Jean was happy to answer all our questions and had lots of useful recommendations and tips, including places to eat in the next few days. A really enjoyable tour with a guide who clearly knows and loves his city - highly recommended!

I recommend this experience strongly. Our guide, Jeane, and his assistant Marie were great.
