La visite commencera dans le centre historique de Mexico. Ici, vous aurez l'occasion de voir ses bâtiments les plus célèbres, de vous familiariser avec l'architecture ancienne et de vous promener dans ses rues magiques.
Nous verrons son célèbre Zócalo, la place principale de la ville, et ses belles rues. Elle est également connue sous le nom de Plaza de la Constitución, en l'honneur de la Constitution de Cadix de 1812. C'est là que se déroulent les concerts, la vie quotidienne et les événements culturels.
Continuez à visiter le centre historique de la ville et ne manquez pas ce grand ensemble architectural. En l'honneur de la Bienheureuse Vierge Marie du Ciel, s'inspire du style des cathédrales espagnoles. Il est également répertorié comme site du patrimoine mondial.
Cet imposant bâtiment baroque est utilisé comme siège du pouvoir exécutif fédéral et comme résidence officielle du président. Découvrez sa grande histoire, ses réformes et presque sa destruction, jusqu'à ce qu'il devienne le bâtiment qu'il est aujourd'hui.
Promenez-vous dans cette importante avenue en l'honneur de la bataille des Mexicains contre les Français. Laissez-vous admirer par ses grands exemples d'architecture des XIX et XX siècles.
Ici, nous aurons l'occasion de voir l'un des joyaux architecturaux de la ville, la Casa de Los Azulejos, une merveille du baroque de la Nouvelle-Espagne. Un palais avec de beaux intérieurs et des fresques peintes par des artistes mexicains dans ses intérieurs.
Visitez la maison emblématique de l'art mexicain. Ce palais est le centre des activités artistiques et culturelles du pays et donc un point clé de la visite. Vous ne pouvez pas manquer son entrée en bronze, ses détails en marbre blanc et les peintures murales réalisées par de célèbres artistes mexicains.

Alex, our guide was great. He shot us all over the city and explained everything to us. I love the part about history. He took us too many places to eat and even though some of us weren’t feeling well he made sure that we got food that we could eat and went to places where we could see the view. It was a lovely day.

We had done a historic walking tour of the day before. Our guide on this food tour made no references to many of the sites. For example he did give a tip to the organ grinder but not let us know why the organ grinders were there. We did let the operator know beforehand that we did not eat meat. The first stop we had potato and bean tacos. The second stop was only meat tacos and we were not offered any substitutes. However we spoke to the waiter and he showed us a number of substitute meals that were suitable for vegetarians. Our tour guide said they were not tacos and did not offer them to us. He took the meals that we did not eat as take out. Our third stop was an exotic meat and insect place in the market. After all of that we were offered cheese This is an overpriced tour is not value for money. And we did not really learn anything from our guide.
Dear Richard, A large part of the experience of this tour specifically is eating exotic dishes and meat. We definitely could have offered you only vegetarian options, for which we apologize, but it's part of the cuisine of the place you chose to visit. My tour guide Antonio was very knowledgeable of the city, he gave me a tour all around the city and to locations I wanted to visit, we toured historical parts of the city and we had lunch at nice taco place. Ray
Bernardo was a great guide & I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. He was very patient in explaining everything & let us take our time to experience the food & the city without rushing us. It was a small group which was nice & Bernardo had to do double duty by guiding in both English & Spanish which he did very capably ... was fun & like a walking Spanish lesson too! The tacos were delicious & the insects 'interesting'! Exotic animals weren't mentioned in the description & I did NOT want to eat lion or tiger, farmed or otherwise! All in all a great tour, many thanks!

Knowing about the buildings of religious, governmental, and artistic natures. Going in and out of a few places and tasting the food. Being informed that the President of Mexico is living in that main building in the square where only foot traffic and markets are to be near his people! That meant a lot to him to me. I AM very pleased with how the tour guide informed me of so many things! He was professional yet down to earth where everybody enjoyed everything about the tour! Thank you! Ms JJ

We did not think that the tour guide was great. She was on her phone a lot. It was noisy on the street. The two taco places that we went were not great. We did not enjoy the final market place. The different foods were not our style at all

Unable to find that start of this tour so missed out on the experience. We used Uber to make our attempt to get to the tour and found out how big and confusing the old town is. We asked for a refund but were denied by the local tour compamy, Amigo Tours. We’ve appealed our request for reimbursement and hope to receive positive news. It sounded like a fun tour.
