Absolutely amazing experience and definitely worth doing the 45 minute tour down to see Lady Liberty. We had to chamge the night due to the weather, (unfortunately something that can't be controlled) but it was hassle free, and complimentary champagne was given. I did the evening flight, snd the views were spectacular, however if you want to see cental park etc you may be best doing it in the day, as nort much of it to see when it's pitch black. Overall, a breathtaking experience and highly recommended, and a great company to do it with. Staff really helpful and informative.
Thank you for the wonderful review! Night flights are indeed stunning for skyline views, while daytime is best for seeing details like Central Park. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back on board soon!
Absolutely top draw. The staff we very helpful. The polit, was brilliant, taking us up close to all main buildings in NYC, inculding turning the helicopter through 180 degrees, so all passengers could get photos. This trip is a must do activity if your on holiday in NYC
Thank you for the fantastic review! We’re so glad to hear you had a great experience. Giving everyone the best views and photo opportunities of NYC is exactly what we aim for 🚁📸
A beautiful little helicopter from which you can get a good view of the entire panorama.A good pilot (Josiah) as well as others who will help make your flight great.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! It was a pleasure flying with you.
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The team were so helpful and friendly, the tour itself was brilliant - such an amazing way to see the city! Huge thanks to Samantha in the office helping so much then Mike for his help on arrival and our amazing pilot Ryan! Definitely recommend!
Thank you so much for your kind words! It was a pleasure flying with you!
The helicopter tour from Westchester was a memorable experience, with a noticeably longer flight time compared to the standard Manhattan departures. The route takes you around New York with wide, open views, and the 45-minute option is definitely the one to choose if you want the full effect. The flight feels smoother, less rushed, and you really get to enjoy the skyline from every angle. However, there is an important detail: Getting to Westchester from Manhattan is very expensive. Whether it’s a private transfer or a taxi, the cost is high, and it adds a significant amount to the total price of the tour. If you’re staying far from Westchester, the transportation expenses can easily make the whole experience much more expensive than expected. But if you’re already in the area — or you have a car — then the tour makes much more sense. In that case, the longer flight and quieter airport become real advantages. Compared to the short Manhattan flights, the Westchester tour gives you more air time and a more relaxed ride. From Manhattan departures you get less time in the air, but you do fly right over and around Central Park, which is a huge highlight on its own. Overall, the Westchester tour is great if location and logistics work for you. The flight itself is excellent and offers fantastic views — just be prepared for the extra cost and time if you’re coming from Manhattan. готовый, сбалансированный и красиво оформленный TripAdvisor-стиль отзыв с учётом всех твоих деталей: ⸻ Great Helicopter Experience — But Only Makes Sense If You’re Close to Westchester The helicopter tour from Westchester was a memorable experience, with a noticeably longer flight time compared to the standard Manhattan departures. Thank you for your feedback! Our Westchester location is easily accessible by public transit, offering a more affordable alternative to taxis. The Metro-North train from Grand Central Terminal to White Plains provides a comfortable and safe 40-minute ride, typically priced at $20–$23 per person roundtrip, depending on the time of day. From White Plains station it’s just a 10–15-minute Uber or taxi ride to our helicopter base, usually $15–$20 one way for a private car. We share detailed directions with our customers both before and at the time of booking, ensuring they can choose the transportation option that works best for them.
The flight itself was great — long, smooth, and with beautiful views of Manhattan from the air. Choosing the 45-minute option definitely feels better than the 30-minute one. However, there are two important things to know: • The helicopter doesn’t fly directly over Manhattan or Central Park, which was a bit disappointing. • The heliport is quite far from Manhattan, and getting there by taxi or transfer is expensive, so the overall trip becomes costly. If you’re staying close to that airport, it’s a solid experience and gives you memorable views. But if you’re traveling from Manhattan, consider the total cost and the fact that you won’t fly through Central Park.
Thank you for your feedback! Unlike most other companies, we DO normally fly over Central Park. However, this can sometimes be limited by air traffic control without advance notice. If you flew with us during the recent US government shutdown, unfortunately, our tour routes were affected on some days due to air traffic control staff shortages.
We would really recommend this provider. There were only two of us flying privately. Not only do you see the usual sights, but you fly over Bronx, Harlem, Brooklyn, New Jersey, Central Park, etc., as well as over the green "bacon belt" with the very well-kept houses, golf courses, hotels. The 45-minute flight is highly recommended and the approximately 1 hour drive from Manhattan to the meeting point can be accepted. The staff is very friendly, courteous and flexible. The handling is very individual, you feel like you are really a guest. The pilot told a lot and was also very friendly. Thanks to the team! Top performance! Albena and Karl-Heinz
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback and recommendation! We hope to welcome you back for another adventure in the future.
It was my first time riding in a helicopter and that part was great. However, I thought we'd see more of the city vs just the skyline, East/Hudson rivers etc. A 30min tour is literally 15mins in and 15mins back.
We are happy to hear you enjoyed your first helicopter ride! Our 30-minute tours offer aerial views of Midtown and Uptown Manhattan: Central Park, Yankee Stadium (outside game times), Empire State Building and Times Square. As described in our online listings and in confirmation emails, the 30-minute tour does not reach Lower Manhattan or the Statue of Liberty area. Customers have the option to extend it to 45 minutes for an additional fee.
The take off to me was the most memorable, followed by the spectacular view. I love it. My children enjoyed every moment. At first my girl friend was nervous but she settled down quickly. Great way to see NYC.
Being in a helicopter above such an iconic city was thrilling. I felt completely safe the whole time. Our guide and pilot answered all our questions, though he wasn't as knowledgeable about the area as I would have liked. We started early and returned early and I don't think we got a full 45 minutes, but it was close. I feel like the experience was way too expensive and I will never do it again, but for once in a lifetime, we decided to pay the price. I will just never tell anyone how much we spent. Other than the value per buck, I would give this excursion 5 stars.
