Shodo (calligraphie japonaise) est l'art d'écrire de beaux caractères sur papier à l'aide d'un pinceau et d'une encre. En plus d’écrire de beaux caractères, il est également possible de s’exprimer à travers l’image du kanji. Maître Shoran est un Shodoka (calligraphe japonais) expérimenté qui a enseigné à des milliers d'étudiants du monde entier. En tant que Shodoka anglophone, Shoran vous guidera tout au long du processus pour écrire votre nom en Kanji avec le pinceau Shodo. Rapportez à la maison un souvenir unique avec votre nom écrit en Kanji sur un parchemin japonais.

The calligraphy is bright, fun, pleasant and wonderful, taught by a wonderful English speaking teacher. You can enjoy a wonderful calligraphy that is truly soothing in this day and age when writing is becoming less common.

The Japanese calligraphy lesson with Master Shoran is truly a unique and immersive Japanese experience. I participated in the class with my two school-age children and we learned so much but also greatly appreciated the gracious hospitality that Master Shoran extended to us.
