My tour guide Chris was sensational He had curious facts about each and every vista on this tour. The pace was not buried and I had the opportunity to take pictures and ask questions to bring the history into clear focus and relevance.
Chris did a great job! He answered our many questions and kept our attention despite being jet lagged and exhausted. He was funny, warm, and interesting.
The views and locations were amazing, but the knowledge of history of Westminster & London is where this tour shined. Our guide Chris did a superb job in illustrating such rich history in great detail. I'd recommend this tour and our guide to both first time visitors and locals. We went to places that many would not have known were open to visitors. Amazing tour.
So happy I have picked this tour among all the others! Chris took us to most hidden alleys and yards, the ones we couldn’t see even if we got lost and told us a ton of very interesting stories! Just the kind of guide you wish for when travelling!
Great walking tour showcasing the site and history behind them in the city of London and boroughs. I enjoyed finishing up with a pass through borough market with plenty of food recommendations for my trip back the next day.
If you are lucky the sky will be clear, the sun out and the breeze light. The crow will be bustling but that is always the case, enjoy it! Stroll take your time look at the boats, the people and the trees, the trees are magnificent!! Stop, sit for a while on one of the benches and enjoy the smells the sound and the crowd
Our tour guide, Chris, was FABULOUS! We were the only two people in his group for the afternoon, so we got extra-special attention, knowledge and historical bits about London. Thoroughly enjoyable and educational — and a great way to avoid jet lag by getting out in the sunshine and walking around the South Bank!
Walked about six miles along the Thames, divided into two parts, with the Old Globe side being the most interesting given the many landmarks along the way. Not part of a tour, just strolled and explored on our own on a calm winter evening. Great to see families and friends out to enjoy the Jubilee Walk.
A wonderful way to take in the heartbeat of downtown south bank London. Plenty of street performers and places to stop for a bite to eat or grad a beverage of your choice.
