It’s advertised as a tour with a live audio guide but the boat operator whinged over the PA the whole time that they’re not paid to do a live commentary and therefore everyone aboard should tip for the commentary. Why say any of this if (1) it’s a tour and (2) it’s advertised with live commentary. Felt like a money grab!
The tour was narrated by one of the crew, he told us he wasn't a professional tour guide - he was extremely entertaining and in our opinion, he made the tour. Very funny guy.
Very bad experience. On Viator's website, it was said that the cruise would last an hour. Unfortunately, after 27 minutes only (including the 6-7 min lost because we docked at Festival Pier to board other people) the boat arrived at Butler's Wharf Pier and the guy on the boat kicked us out. Our ticket said that our cruise was one-way only at the destination was this point. This means that we paid 92 pounds for a 20 minutes cruise before being yelled to get out in front of everyone. Viator's website was clearly misleading.

Easy to follow directions on the text. No problems checking in for the tour. Super dry, wry, comedic commentary on tour. Loved the captain’s sense of humor! Tour kept to time, clean boat, and polite staff!

We booked a two hour round trip to Greenwich on a sunny afternoon. Once on board and we pulled away from the dock, I went to go get a cold beverage, but I did not have any cash and the concessions were Cash Only. Unfortunately, this made for a very unpleasant journey. If I had been able to purchase something to drink, the journey would’ve been very nice. We ended up getting off of the boat at Greenwich and taking the underground back to Westminster, wasting the return portion of our ticket.
Tour was fantastic and the guide was brilliant!
