My previous review was deleted!! I don't like leaving a negative review as this one, but unfortunately, our first experience in Jet Ski Cancun was disappointing. We rented two jet skis for one hour, with the clear understanding that each jet ski would be shared between two couples -- 30 minutes per couple, for a total of eight riders. This arrangement was explained in detail beforehand and the staffer agreed. However, the staffer unilaterally changed the plan and allowed only four guests to use the jet skis initially, disregarding what was previously agreed upon. When I pointed this out, the staff member reluctantly agreed to honor our original arrangement and suggested that they riders changed the agreement (false) but by then, we had already lost valuable time due to his misunderstanding. On top of that, our group spent 15 minutes completing paperwork, which delayed the actual start time to 4:15 PM, we arrived at 3:20 pm with enough time, even though the session was scheduled from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. Despite this delay being on their end, they did not extend our session to make up for the lost time. When I brought up the issue, the staff member was extremely rude, dismissive, and took no responsibility, instead blaming others for the confusion. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service left a very negative impression. This occurred on May 24, 2025 and unfortunately I didn't get the staffers name but he was small thin in stature male who was very rude and condescending. Who did not offer and apology nor any type of acknowledgment. My recommendation is look other places before booking here.

We're sorry to hear you felt disappointed, and we'd like to provide clarity for you and future guests about our policies: Shared Jet Ski Capacity: Our 60-minute shared rental option clearly states a maximum of 2 riders per jet ski (1 driver + 1 passenger) with one driver change allowed - not multiple rotations between couples. This is strictly for safety and insurance compliance. While we regret any misunderstanding, we must prioritize these standards. Group Size & Timing: Your reservation was for 2 jet skis, yet your group arrived with 14 participants. The extended check-in time (3:20-4:15 PM) resulted from: Completing waivers for all riders. Organizing the permitted driver changes. Safety briefings for first-time users. Scheduling: As noted in our confirmation emails and on-site signage, late starts cannot extend into other guests' reserved times. We offered compensation (massage discounts) to acknowledge the frustration. For Future Guests: We encourage all customers to: Review our terms (including rider limits) before booking. Arrive 20+ minutes early for groups. Contact us pre-visit with special requests. Good reception and great service, short but fun walk with right to last minute drop (planned), the tequila courtesy are delicious and can choose to take everything recorded... good for an afternoon to two with a little d emeocao...
My daughter and her boyfriend had a great time jetskiing. The jetskis were fast and the staff was friendly. They now charge extra for two people on one jetski, so I purchased two.

I was excited for this experience but it was poor and I wouldn’t recommend anyone book this. You pay $80 to jet ski in a square box marked with flags. So it’s a very small area that you can jet ski, which is no fun. You would have better look booking jet skis at the ocean. You are not supposed to go outside of the flags and I did. There is always an employee on a jet ski while you’re out. The employee on the jet ski came up to me and in a rude tone, repeatedly said “you keep going outside of the flags, stay inside, stay inside!!”. I understand him coming to tell me I’m outside of the area I can jet skii in but the way he communicated this information was disrespectful. It’s mot about what you say but how you say it. If you don’t know how to speak to paying customers, then find a new job. At the end of the day, I am a paying customer, and employees need to speak to me with respect regardless of what’s being communicated. DEFINITELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS EXPERINCE. BOOK FOR THE OCEAN FOR BETTER VALUE!!

I booked via GetYourGuide and went to jungle adventure, the weather was windy, but they still went ahead, no unwanted surprises, and a very pleasurable experience and friendly staff, remember a docking fee has to be paid $20usd per boat, and no phones aloud, would definitely return

Great experience with friendly crew. I wish the ride was longer considering I availed of their Catamaran package too. They need to have a bundle for their rides.
