This was an ok experience. To start, the driver wanted to pick us up at 9 instead of 8am. This was quickly resolved through WhatsApp messaging. Anan could not speak much English at all and this made our communication a little challenging. Other than that, things went smoothly for our family. For the experience that we had, we think we overpaid for the service.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Mr. Anan as our private driver for four days exploring Chiang Mai, and he made our trip truly special. From the moment he picked us up, it was clear we were in great hands — punctual, courteous, and genuinely warm from start to finish. What stood out most was how far Mr. Anan went above and beyond his duties as a driver. He wasn't just getting us from point A to point B — he took a real interest in making sure our family had the best possible experience, offering thoughtful suggestions, sharing local insights along the way, and adjusting our plans with patience and flexibility whenever we needed it. He drove safely and confidently through both city traffic and winding mountain roads, which gave us total peace of mind with two teenagers in the car. Mr. Anan's care and attentiveness made us feel less like clients and more like family being looked after by a trusted friend. Wonderful day trip with our driver, Anan. We had a clear list of places we wanted to go, and he helped us navigate and get us to destinations safely. I recommend this experience for families who have an idea of where they want to go and want the flexibility to leave on their own schedule.

Our guide (Otto) was great at advising us of sights to see and very flexible on the time to start, where to stop along the way, and when to return. We booked two days, one to drive to Pai, and the next to return to Chiang Mai. Otto helped us find nature walks, waterfalls, and places to eat along the way so we could see more of the countryside. It was great to get a bit removed from the bustle of Bangkok, or even Chiang Mai to see a different side of life in Thailand

We cannot recommend Arrin highly enough! Over two days, he took us to Chiang Rai and Doi Inthanon National Park, and he made the entire experience absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Arrin’s communication was excellent throughout the whole trip — always clear, responsive, punctual, and making sure we knew exactly what to expect. What really made the experience special was his incredible local knowledge and recommendations. He didn’t just drive us from place to place; he shared insights, suggested amazing spots we would never have found ourselves, and helped us make the most out of every moment. Otto our driver was punctual, knowledgeable about the attractions in and around Chiang Mai and gave great advice on the attractions to visit. His van was very luxurious. Highly recommend.

Its great to take advantage of exploring a full day to see some further away things. We went from chiang mai to temple on the mountain, 2 other temples that way, up to sticky falls, stopped at an elephant sanctuary on way back amd still had 2 hours to spare. Van was very comfortable!
