5-Star Review for Bay E-Bikes We rented e-bikes from Bay E-bikes this past week in Florida and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Andrea was amazing on the phone — she was patient, thorough, and made sure I had every piece of information needed to make the rental seamless. Her helpfulness really stood out and set the tone for the whole experience. Tyler, who delivered the bikes, went above and beyond. He provided excellent directions, shared fantastic recommendations on the best places to ride and see, and made sure we were fully comfortable before heading out. His friendly, knowledgeable service made a big difference. Bay E-bikes made renting e-bikes super easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend them — we’ll definitely be back! Thank you Andrea and Tyler!

I love this company! I have rented with them multiple times. They are so accommodating and drop off and pick up directly from my house! They are flexible with time and just super pleasant to work with. I can’t recommend them enough. I live in Pinellas, and this is a must — ride the Pinellas Trail from St. Pete to Dunedin!

We went to the address he gave us, but it didn't exist. We asked several people, but no one knew of a place around there that rented bicycles. It was really bad, to be honest.

The concept of the company is really great that they will drop bikes off to you and pick them up whenever you are done, however, the customer service had room for improvement. I never got a confirmation email like I asked confirming they were dropping off the two bikes to our hotel. And even mornin for I was still getting texts about filling out waivers which we had already done in advance. They were late dropping the bikes off and didn’t communicate they were running late. I called the office, no answer. I texted and then finally got a response. The bikes weren’t ready to go, they had to run and go get a bike lock. We started about 45 min-1 hr late because of all this. Then one of the bikes wasn’t functioning properly so we had to text them and they had to come out and swap bikes. In the end it worked out great when they picked them up whenever we were done with them. They offered to let us use them longer free of charge for all the blunders earlier in the morning which was nice. Overall, my suggestion to them would be better communication.

We had such a great time exploring St. Pete on rented electric bikes! The ride made it easy to cover miles of the city, and we enjoyed a lovely afternoon cruising along the waterfront. A perfect way to see the sights and take in the beauty of St. Pete!

We had a blast. The bikes were delivered on time at the requested location. Andrea was very nice and professional. Price were affordable. The only recommendation I have is to offer trikes or tandem bikes.

Prompt response to calls or texts with very helpful information. Delivery of the bikes were as scheduled and time was taken to explain the bikes and make adjustments of the seat and/or handlebars. Would highly recommend!!

What a FUN and enjoyable way to explore Fort Desoto! Andrea was very responsive and easy to work with and the bikes were in good shapes. This was our first time trying e-bikes but it won't be our last.
