This trip exceeded my wife's and my expectations! It was our first time ever on e-bikes and the firm quartz sand along Siesta Key made riding on the beach rather easy. And it was oh-so-enjoyable! The guide, Derek, amplified the entire experience for us! First off, he was so very accommodating to help us use gift cards that were purchased years ago. Then, on top of that, Derek was responsive on back-and-forth texts, suggesting different ways that we could make the most of our time. Thank you, Derek! You gave us -- and our group -- a very fun, memorable experience. Your photos turned out great -- and I loved the creativity behind them :)

It was amazing to ride an electric bike down the beach! Haven’t had so much fun in years! Our guide Derek was entertaining and informative. He provided many tips to make our trip to the area more enjoyable. Our guide took multiple photos of our family and got us to Sunset Beach in plenty of time to watch the sunset. The bikes were fairly easy to ride and we were given instructions on how to operate the bike. Along with that information were also pro tips to keep us safe. We would definitely do this tour again!

Derek and Ben are awesome ! They made us feel safe if we fell behind ; everything Derek told us to prepare for every point on the ride was 100% accurate , he’s the best

What a beautiful way to see the sunset!! Siesta Keys in all it beauty and being able to cycle along side the gulf with the warm wind in your hair, or in my case, wind on my head. Derek looked after us fantastically offering good advice about the riding and great facts as we went. A lovely touch enjoying a glass of bubbly as the sun set. A great experience and beautiful way to spend a couple of hours. Go Derek!! Oh yehhhhhh

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - The guide Derek cancelled the tour because there were only 2 of us registered. Additionally he cited a recent fire at the shop, need to accommodate air conditioning replacement at the time of the tour etc… Things happen - that is understandable, what is not OK is that I still have not received my refund and he is NOT responding to inquiries any longer to texts. I continue to ask politely but am a week past the failed event. What recourse do I have to get my money back?!

The guy cancelled last minute. Flipped our last day plan on its ear. Guy in another bike shop (ditch attempt to pull the plan beck together) said it was a story he'd heard before. There was a long list of unfortunate events chronicled in a text which tugged at the heartstrings; however, facts are facts and this is business. I am a dissatisfied customer. There was an offer for the next day or a swap to make amends and I have a "severely discounted rate" for next year which we will probably use. We'll see maybe next year they will get a better review.

Took my teenage grandson and we had a blast! Gorgeous weather and sunset! Bringing a group of friends in June!

We had issues with 4 out of the 6 e-bikes we were given. Lights didn’t work on two, could not downshift on one, one was missing a water bottle holder. We had 20 people on the tour and those at the end of the group had no guide to support them. Great tour but equipment was not optimal and there should have been two guides one at the front leading the group and a second in the rear ensuring all members were safe. Also, we were promised pictures and never received them. The two riders with no light had to ride down the beach in the dark with no support.

Last week, we drove 30 minutes for a 4:30 tour, only to find out the start time was incorrect due to daylight savings...it should have been 6:00. Not a huge issue, as we were able to spend time nearby. However, 20 minutes before the tour, it was canceled due to potential weather in a nearby city- Siesta Key was beautiful. I could have overlooked that, but they abruptly cancelled again last night, 30 minutes AFTER the tour was to begin. Fifteen of us were waiting, wasting our last night in a parking lot with no tour. Communication was poor throughout, as I called and texted earlier in the day to confirm details and received no response. At 6:00, when no one showed up, everyones' calls went unanswered and the voicemail was full. Another guest shared that the guide had texted about a car accident and said he’d be 15 minutes late. Half the group left, but seven of us stayed since it was our last night and we had no backup plans. Shortly after, cancellation notices were sent through Viator. No word from the owner. To make matters worse, others in our group had also been given incorrect start times and had been waiting even longer, paying ridiulous parking fees. Bottom line: 1 time is forgivable, 2 times is a pattern. Communication is unreliable and there is no clear contingency plan. After two failed experiences in one month and a significant amount of wasted time, I won’t be booking again.

We did not have a good experience. 5 out of the 6 e-bikes had some kind of issue be it lights that did not work, gear assist did not shift down, or missing water bottle holder. Reached out to tour operator about these issues as well as pictures that were not provided, as per the website description. I did not receive any return communication. Also, there were 20 bikers on this tour and only one guide which left those in the back lagging behind without guidance.
