Awful experience. Trip advisor offered this but the company said the don't work with trip advisor anymore. Had to get a refund which I still haven't recieved and wasted a whole night trying to figure this out on vacation. Luckily the owners of the slingshot worked with me separate of trip advisor. NEVER USONG TRIP ADVISOR AGAIN.
This vendor will take your money on Viator and once you get there they send you to another address than once get to new address, you have to call a number to get buzzed in just to tell you they don’t feel like renting it to you. It’s a scam. Stay away. They won’t give you your money back. You must go thru the app and report them. Their excuse is they do t rent to locals when I clearly have a PA drivers license and my passport.
I booked through Viator, but can never reach the service provider . Went to the meeting point , can not entry the building
Wouldn’t recommend booking through Viator . Booked and the company had no reservation under my name .
The experience was great, and I really appreciated the Awesome Customer Service I was provided. The Slingshot was nice and in good condition!
This guys were awesome. Have a large fleet of slingshots to choose from. They were curious and informative. They cleaned the vehicle and teach you things about vehicle before you pulled out.
