Soyez pris en charge à votre hébergement à Praia et faites une route panoramique jusqu'à Santa Cruz.
Après avoir été pris en charge à votre hébergement dans la ville de Praia, vous vous dirigerez vers l'intérieur des terres jusqu'à Santa Cruz. À votre arrivée dans la plus grande plantation de bananes et de noix de coco du pays, vous vous promènerez dans les champs agricoles pendant que votre guide local vous expliquera les variétés de fruits et de plantes présentes dans la plantation. Si disponible, à vos frais, vous pourrez vous rafraîchir avec de l'eau de coco fraîche et des bananes locales cultivées biologiquement.
Ensuite, vous vous dirigerez vers la ville voisine d'Orgãos, où vous serez chaleureusement accueillis par une sympathique famille locale, bénéficiant de l'hospitalité insulaire inégalée. Vous aurez l'occasion de vous adonner à la cuisine locale et de dévoiler les secrets gastronomiques capverdiens tout en savourant la créole La Morabeza. Apprenez à cuisiner le Cuscuz local, un gâteau traditionnel à base de semoule de maïs, et le Fidjós, une délicieuse friandise à base de banane mélangée à du blé.
Après l'atelier, vous embarquerez pour une route panoramique à travers les rochers et les vallées, pendant que votre guide vous racontera l'histoire locale et capturera la beauté des environs, avant de retourner à votre hébergement.

One of the best excursions of our lives, music, amazing food and especially adorable people. We would like to thank our bamba guide (our earth crocodile) who was great and attentive to our needs!
It was a fantastic day. We started with the cuz cuz workshop at a friendly local family home. With a nice little music. Then a beautiful walk through a banana plantation. Finally bought some fresh coconuts. Special and scary to see how they open it (with big machetes). We enjoyed the hospitality, and the beautiful surroundings.
It was a great tour. We enjoyed cooking with a local family. Visiting a banana plantation was also nice, but I wish we had an opportunity to talk with a farmer at the plantation. On the whole, it was a great experience, and highly recommended.
Once again, Bu County Tour has always impressed us. An incredible organization at all levels. We were very pleased. The SUPER guides, they even helped a little girl open her coconuts. Mamá Lucia was super sweet and showed us how to prepare a local Breakfast. A BIG THANK YOU!!!

It was an amazing and inspiring experience! Our lovely guide (Elton Vieira-Junior) and lovely driver (Elton Moreira-Kassaf) were extemely kind, helpful, interesting and funny! The incredible band at Mama Luisa's house reminded us how incredibly refreshing and fullfilling time you can have with pure human beings and wonderfully warm music to dance and sing together! It was a great experience! We were shown and explained a lot, we were able to make stops and the plantation was impressive and very interesting. At the beginning we were shown how to make fried banana dough and cuzcuz ourselves in the house of a local family (Mama Lisa), we were able to try it out and then eat it together, a great experience. Our tour guide Fidel was very nice and a safe driver.
