Nous prendrons le petit-déjeuner au restaurant LA GRUTA d'origine (attention aux pièges à touristes, c'est bien le restaurant original). Vous pouvez le trouver facilement en ligne. C'est un restaurant où il faut prendre son temps et qui est un peu cher. Le repas à LA GRUTA n'est pas inclus dans cette expérience ; il est à la charge de chacun. Cette expérience nous a permis de visiter l'intégralité de l'Avenue des Morts, les tunnels souterrains et les trois pyramides. Soleil, lune et serpent à plumes. Nous ferons une pause pour une dégustation de tequila ; toilettes propres chez Artesanías el Quetzal. Notre expertise réside dans l'architecture, l'histoire et la photographie. Notre service de transport est confortable et toujours climatisé. Les opérateurs sont professionnels et travaillent selon les normes de qualité les plus élevées.

It was a great trip. Our guide Angel was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and passionate. He was very accommodating throughout the trip. Our driver Jesus was very friendly. We really loved this tour.

Very disappointing customer service — I would not recommend booking with this company. We contacted them through WhatsApp because there was confusion regarding the date of our pyramid reservation. We explained that we believed the booking was for the following day, and their response made it seem like everything was okay. However, they never clearly confirmed the correct date or warned us that we would lose the entire amount paid. We did not use the tour or receive any service, yet they refused to provide a refund, credit, or reasonable solution. Instead of trying to help, they simply kept our money. The communication was unclear and the way they handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. Please be very careful when booking with them. Make sure every detail is confirmed in writing because they do not appear willing to assist customers when there is a misunderstanding.
We'd like to clarify that we appreciate you because you were on the list for that day, and you told us you wouldn't be attending the tour because you apparently booked the wrong date. You said you were selling for the next day, we said that was fine, and the next day you simply didn't show up. Later you requested a refund, but we told you it wasn't possible because we were there on the day of the tour, and we even accepted you for the following day, but you didn't show up then either. So we'd like to clarify that you were the one who made the mistake of booking the wrong date, and you also made the mistake of not attending the tour the next day. Thank you very much for your understanding.
