The pick up of tickets and communication with the staff of the operator was excellent. The horrible part was arriving in Thailand. It has nothing to do with the agency. It was the immigration authority. Your passport is taken away in the ferry. Upon landing your bags are dropped on the beach. You had to sit on the beach and waiting till they called you to get your passport back. Then you proceed to immigration then you pay a park tax only in cash, then you collect your bags. One of them was broken. Too much cahos! Nothing to do with the agency. They were great.
Everything worked out fine. Have only looked or decided on prices and departure times to better suit our travel plans.
