Cette expérience commence par une introduction guidée au vignoble, où vous découvrirez la philosophie de l’Algarve Gourmet, le terroir de la région et les influences méditerranéennes derrière la cuisine locale. Dans la salle de dégustation avec vue sur les vignobles, profitez d'une séance de showcooking en direct où quatre tapas régionales sont préparées à partir d'ingrédients frais de saison. Chaque plat est associé à un vin d'Algarve, soigneusement sélectionné pour rehausser les saveurs et créer un parcours de dégustation harmonieux. L'expérience est accompagnée de musique Portugaise live, créant une atmosphère culturelle détendue et immersive. À la fin, vous pourrez acheter des vins et des produits régionaux. Des options de transport privé sont disponibles pour plus de confort.

Wonderful experience. The food and setting were fantastic. Paulo was an excellent host, with interesting facts about the vineyard, Portugal’s history, and the wine pairings. The food was fresh and delicious. We purchased two of the bottles of wine we sampled. Thank you!

Good value for money. Great setting. Lovely hosts who are professional and approachable. Four delicious and generous pairings. I bought some of the amazing jam (don't pack this in your hand luggage - it will be taken from you in airport security as I, sadly, discovered). Best of all was the musical bursts, provided by Paulo. He has a lovely voice and guitar skill, while Gorete confidently and efficiently prepares the food behind the counter. The ambience, aromas and fresh products all contributed to a very pleasant experience indeed.

We had the best time! The wine and food pairings were amazing, the live Portuguese music was incredible and the food was superb! Especially being gluten free, they catered beautifully as the chef herself (Gorete) is gluten free herself! We had to end the experience with buying some of their homemade sauces and jams! Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our wine–food pairing at Algarve Gourmet. The whole experience felt warm, charming and authentic. Paulo is a jovial host: an entertainer pur sang and a fantastic storyteller who effortlessly takes you into the history and culture of the Algarve. In the kitchen, Gorete conjures up one surprise after another. Her dishes are refined, flavorful and bring together a wide variety of flavors. Each dish tells a piece of the story of the Algarve — and by extension, the whole of Portugal. Through the combination of delicious dishes, carefully chosen wines and the captivating explanation of Paulo, we made a culinary journey that was both educational and particularly pleasant. An absolute must for those who want to discover the Algarve in an authentic and tasteful way.

This is not to be missed. We had an incredible afternoon with Paulo and Gorete. Paulo has an incredible and powerful voice and shares a bit of Portuguese music culture and Gorete prepares such wonderful tapas. These two are a great team. Be prepared to buy some culinary delights as you will want to take a memory of this day with you. Paulo was so open and explained much about the wines of the Algarve - there is not enough for export so enjoy while you are here. A highlight of our trip, for sure.

It’s a small vineyard with wonderful tapas made there. The couple who run the place were wonderful and husband’s music was lovely.
