Notre Guide local vous fera découvrir le rôle de Turin dans l'identité Italienne et son patrimoine culinaire façonné par 800 ans de domination savoyarde. La visite commence dans un café historique où vous dégusterez le Bicerin, une boisson traditionnelle au chocolat encore appréciée dans les cafés du XIXe siècle. En visitant les principaux monuments, vous découvrirez l'histoire de la ville. Ensuite, vous passerez à un endroit confortable, où vous aurez une leçon sur le chocolat fin, avec un chocolat noir exquis fait à partir de seulement 10% du meilleur cacao du monde, 100% biologique et «bean to bar». Vous dégusterez ensuite des chocolats traditionnels comme le Gianduiotto et le Cremino. Gianduiotto, à base de noisettes finement moulues et de chocolat, a une riche histoire qui remonte au XIXe siècle lorsque le cacao était rare. Ensuite, vous profiterez d'une dégustation de vins mettant en vedette deux vins emblématiques du Piémont, accompagnés d'un plateau de viande et fromage bio. Votre Guide vous apprendra les arômes et les nuances de chaque vin pour une expérience de dégustation professionnelle.

La Piazza Vittorio Veneto est une grande place historique dans le centre de Turin, entourée de bâtiments baroques, de cafés et de restaurants. Il est dominé par l'église de Gran Madre di Dio et offre une atmosphère vibrante et animée, en particulier le soir.
Nous avons une mission: sélectionner pour vous le meilleur chocolat du monde Nous avons goûté et évalué des milliers de tablettes de chocolat. Nous n’avons sélectionné que le meilleur de la meilleure production de chocolat au monde. Dans notre sélection, vous ne trouverez que du chocolat de qualité, produit avec le meilleur cacao aromatique du monde appelé Criollo, de l'un des meilleurs chocolatiers de fèves à barres au monde. Le guide local expliquera les histoires autour de chacun des aliments dégustés et partagera recettes et cotes.
Ensuite, nous allons essayer des vins blancs et rouges typiques du Piémont, sélectionnés par votre guide local expert et associés à du fromage et du moyen salaison qui rehausseront les saveurs du vin et vice versa.

- Notez qu'une partie de cette expérience se tiendra comme un atelier et que le lieu sera climatisé à l'heure d'été.

We had our tasting with fabio. He was kind, open for questions and interessted in tailoring the tasting to us. Do inform him if you are vegitarie, so he can replace the meat with something fitting. He even suggested restaurants and spots to visit. 10/10

Loved the side trip to the very old pharmacy. Guide was terrific and I found the whole experience to be great. Both the wines and the chocolate were unexpected, and very exciting.

Nice relaxing walk through the plaza, followed by the chocolate and wine tasting. The guide was very knowledgeable and super pleasant about n his presentation. Definitely worth the price, both in $ and in time. And the white wine that was presented was really remarkable.

We had an amazing time with Fabio, our incredible guide! He’s studied at the Slow Food University, and knew all the finer points about chocolate tasting, wine tasting, and food pairings. We tasted a nice selection of chocolate with my 11 yo son. We both were pleased. Extremely kind and professional host, who was at the same time friendly and funny. His selection was very good, especially the last part with the chocolates all over the world (which honestly I came for). My little one, in contrary, liked the Turin's selection more. Anyway, each one of us found his perfect bite over there. Thank you for the lovely experience!
