Préparez-vous à vivre l'une des expériences les plus excitantes et uniques de Cancún! Votre aventure commence par notre visite de la jungle de la Marina, idéalement située au cœur de la zone hôtelière de Cancún. À votre arrivée, nos guides professionnels et sympathiques vous accueilleront et vous donneront une orientation de sécurité brève mais approfondie. Ils vous apprendront également tout ce que vous devez savoir pour naviguer sur votre propre hors-bord à deux passagers — aucune expérience préalable n'est nécessaire! Une fois à l'aise, vous monterez dans votre hors-bord et commencerez votre voyage. Vous monterez en convoi de 10 bateaux maximum, suivant notre guide expérimenté à travers les spectaculaires canaux de mangrove du lagon de Nichupté. Cette partie de la visite dure environ 30 à 40 minutes, ce qui vous donne tout le temps de profiter du frisson de conduire votre propre bateau et de vous imprégner du paysage magnifique du paradis naturel de Cancún.
Après le frisson de naviguer à travers les mangroves, votre aventure se poursuit avec une expérience de plongée avec tuba inoubliable au récif de corail Punta Nizuc, l'une des merveilles naturelles les plus précieuses de Cancún. Nous arriverons à cet endroit à couper le souffle en hors-bord, où les eaux turquoises cristallines vous couperont immédiatement le souffle. Avant de plonger, notre guide expert vous fournira toutes les instructions et conseils de sécurité nécessaires. Vous aurez 40 à 50 minutes pour faire de la plongée et explorer cet écosystème sous-marin dynamique qui regorge de vie. Nagez aux côtés de poissons tropicaux colorés et admirez de superbes formations coralliennes Mais ce n’est pas tout – ce récif abrite également certaines des premières statues sous-marines du célèbre MUSA (Underwater Museum of Art). Ces sculptures incroyables créent une atmosphère paisible et extraterrestre sous les vagues, rendant cet endroit de plongée en apnée vraiment unique en son genre. Après cela, nous retournerons à nos hors-bord et nous retournerons à la marina.

Let’s start by saying Ricardo was a great instructor! After giving us all of the safety instructions he guided us to our snorkeling destination. If you enjoy an adrenaline rush this is definitely the excursion for you! The boats were awesome and the snorkeling was eventful to say the lease. It was about 45mins and I will say with it being my first time I was pretty worn out by the end so be prepared for that. Other than that it was a great experience all in all!

When we went to reserve the tour we selected the option that included roundtrip transportation from hotel. It even gave us the option to pick the hotel we were at. We booked the tour 2 days in advance. The next day, late in the afternoon, while returning from another tour, booked through Viator and amazing, I get a call from the people saying they cannot pick us up from the hotel. She wanted us to cancel the trip immediately. They said they can provide transportation but it will be a charge of $2800 pesos round trip ($140 USD) in addition to what was already paid. The person claimed they cannot control of the Viator platform and that transportation is only included for hotels located in Puerto Morelos. (But I was able to select the option for our hotel at booking.) This tour was booked for my birthday and seeing as how they called at 3pm the day before the tour I was unable to set up a new tour. She texted through Whatsapp and indicated that she will cancel and after a little back and forth agreed to refund the money. I'm supposed to get my refund in 5 or 6 'active days'. I will definitely be following up on this. This experience was very frustrating, hence the 1 star review. People are on vacation and trying to plan days out accordingly. I was really upset as this was the tour I was really looking forward to. I can understand if it was cancelled due to weather but Viator and the vendors need to work more closely on coordinating their actual available tours. I truly feel like this was cancelled because they probably didn't have enough people in our area to pick up and wasn't cost effective for them to pick up just the 2 people as this was 'shared transportation'.

So the whole pick up in an unmarked white van with no one in it and the drivers just say nothing and start driving was pretty hilarious/strange. Also dropped off with no explanation or anything. Then just figuring out what to do as you go along. The adventure itself was pretty sweet. Def not a friendly place in any way but whatever. Also there is def no lunch included in this. They looked at me and laughed when I asked about it. Also you have to ask them and be on it about the transport home. They don't really seem to care.

Omg I don't even know where to start! The speedboat was by far the best excursion that I did in Cancun. I went with my boyfriend who drove the boat thank god because I am scared of water but lord am I happy I pushed past my fear because everything was beautiful! Its a 30 min ride to the snorkeling spot then another 30 minute back to the dock. Our tour guide was really nice too. Everyone in Cancun is so welcoming and friendly. while getting on the boat my water proof case broke and sunk to the bottom but thankfully the tour guide dove and got it. Ill definitely do this again, worth every penny
