Si vous voulez trouver des restaurants qui ne parlent pas anglais, nous avons la meilleure visite pour vous !! Il s'agit d'une visite incontournable du centre-ville avec une expérience culinaire. Essayez quelques spécialités locales. Dans le centre-ville de Kyoto, Gion, nous profiterons d'une promenade nocturne dans un cadre traditionnel agréable, en apprenant quelques histoires et cultures sur votre chemin. Ensuite, nous irons rapidement au restaurant car nous avons faim :) Nous choisissons des restaurants différents pour chaque visite. Vous pourrez découvrir de nouveaux styles et goûts de nourriture au cours de la visite, comme le Katsu, le Ramen ou l'Izakaya. Après une petite promenade, nous nous asseyons et le guide sélectionnera les meilleurs plats de chaque endroit. Ensuite, parlez à votre guide. Takashi et Natsuki sont très heureux de partager des histoires avec vous ! Takashi est un professionnel qui propose également une visite en voiture à Kyoto, Nara et Osaka. Sa vie est consacrée à offrir de bons conseils pour votre voyage. Posez-lui toutes vos questions, de la geisha à la pagode en passant par la géographie de Kyoto. C'est un grand gourmand. Sa recommandation pour un restaurant de ramen est à ne pas manquer, ce qui vous époustouflera. À bientôt pour la tournée !

Itinéraire
Quartier de Gion, une partie du centre ville. Elle regorge de rues animées et de magasins mais depuis quand ? Gion a été le centre du divertissement et de la culture tout au long de plus de 500 ans d'histoire. Apprenez la culture unique et discutez de votre guide.
Vous rencontrerez peut-être Maiko et Geisha. Ce sont des interprètes traditionnelles, portant un maquillage unique entièrement blanc sur le visage, voilé de mystère. Écoutez le guide. Qui sont-ils?
Le sanctuaire est spécial en termes de son rôle de sanctuaire. En tant que centre de divertissement, une culture unique représentée par Geisha/Kabuki s'est développée à Gion. Le sanctuaire contient de nombreuses traces de l'histoire correspondant à ces cultures.
Petites ruelles situées le long du canal. Les lanternes et les boutiques très emblématiques sont amusantes. Nous traverserons cette ruelle en direction de notre restaurant
Enfin, nous arrivons au restaurant. N'est-il pas ennuyeux d'être piégé dans chaque zone touristique ? Nous vous couvrons. La plupart des vrais restaurants se cachent dans les rues animées. Ils sont tellement timides envers les étrangers et n'ont même pas de menus en anglais. Cependant, votre guide connaît le japonais et sait ce qui peut y être commandé. Nous avons exclu les frais de nourriture du prix du voyage afin que vous puissiez choisir quoi/combien vous voulez manger.

Our tour guide Natsuki was delightful and made the evening worthwhile. However, be aware that the label on the tour is misleading. A food walking tour means to me multiple stops tasting different foods along the way. It’s an evening walking tour with dinner at the end. I certainly was not expecting a stop at a Shinto shrine along the way. Again, the guide was great and so we enjoyed the tour.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with Natsuki. To add something to your feedback, the tour usually have some stops, such as Mochi place and some food stands in the shrine, which will let you see the local things. However, you joined the tour by 40mins late and unfortunately many shops closes by the time you arrive. Then the tour needed to be shortened based on guide's decision, is what I heard. Anyway, I am glad you enjoyed the time with us. Thank you so much again!!
This is one of the best tours we’ve been on! Kyoto is a beautiful city and Takashi is an amazing guide. He’s very friendly and funny and makes sure everyone feels welcome and has a good time. He will answer any questions you have about Kyoto and Japan and anything else that you’re curious about. I highly recommend taking this tour and enjoying a fun Kyoto experience.
Natsuki was a wonderful local guide giving us a great tour of the city. We learned so much history, ending the night with a long lovely dinner. I highly recommend this tour company!
Our guide was lovely company. We were exhausted from a long day of walking when we arrived, and debated opting out of the experience. Instead we walked straight to the restaurant so we could sit down, skipping the first hour of walking and street food tasting. Our guide was most accommodating, calling ahead to the restaurant to make it work. The dishes at the restaurant, small portions designed for sharing, were delicious, and we enjoyed her company.
This was a wonderful walking tour. We went to many of the special places of Kyoto. The tour guide was very friendly, spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable about the places we went to. We sampled some foods that we had never had, even though we have been to Japan many times. We went through a beautiful temple with gardens. We finished at an Izikaya that was definitely “locals only”. The menu was in Japanese only & our guide ordered a large variety of foods, many we tried for the first time. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Our evening with Takashi was the highlight of our Kyoto trip! It was refreshing to have a Japanese guide from the area. We had an awesome time walking through Gion and visiting temples and shrines. His highlights were off the beaten path and were not overrun with people. We finished at a standing izakaya with amazing food that we never would have thought to order. It was delicious! We greatly enjoyed Takashi's hospitality and the intimate itinerary he designed for this tour.

Takashi was a great tour guide. He is very fluent in English and showed us food wonders of Kyoto that we would’ve normally not seen.
I am so happy with the GIon night walk with you two! I had engaged in the area tour one year ago unitl starting my tour compnay. This time, it really was a reviving chance to take me back after a while. The one year suspension brought me discvories of a good Izakaya restaurant and new temples. Now that I have a great update with my tour, I am confident that everyone can enjoy Gion with me!
