Il a été fondé pendant la période Heian (794-1185) et est situé dans la région de Tatsumi. Historiquement, il a été lié à la famille impériale et aux samouraïs. Takoma was a friendly guide who showed us around the Geisha district. Probably more info about Geisha life than I'd want to know, but Interesting nonetheless. As with most tours it left little time to take pictures or buy a postcard and you'll never remember how to meander back to where you were so you'll just have to find something else. Overall a nice 2 hour tour.
