This is such a wonderful way to appreciate Japanese calligraphy. It was wonderful to be shown 100+ year family wedding menu. We both really enjoyed our writing, even if we did hold our breath to try and steady our hands. Haha

Great fun but you need to concentrate. Nice peaceful (? Haha) hour. The master was great and kind and his assistant cute and helpful too.

Enjoyable but I would prefer 90 minutes. Nice teaching but slightly rushed in 50 minutes which is common by many "courses"
Thank you very much for your feedback! Our class is designed for both children and adults. For children, 90 minutes can feel a bit long, so we aim to keep it engaging within 50 minutes. We appreciate your advice and will continue to improve so that even a 50-minute session can be fully enjoyable and satisfying.

Great experience at the Japanese calligraphy class with my 17 year old. The instructors were very patient (it took me quite a few tries to get it!) and we learned a lot. It was a nice change of pace during a busy 2 weeks in Japan. Thanks!
