Our guide was very good; she explained many things about the city to us.
I had a Wonderful guide, Hirsashi. He knew so much about the castle and gardens and led me on a wonderful walk , he was very good at finding good spots for taking pictures , and taking pictures of me - which is nice as a solo traveller. He explained many things and it was also nice to talk about life in Japan in general. If you have Hiasashi as your guide you will have a great time and I was lucky as it was just me on this tour so being one on one was special as well.

Thanks to our guide Tomo who already awaited us at the meeting point. She was very nice and showed us the kenrokuen and castle garden while explaining the history and symbolics of the different plants, buildings and the layout of the gardens and castle. The kenrokuen garden is the most beutiful garden we have seen on our trip and the guided toutlr with tomo made it even better. A must see when visiting kanazawa.
