Ce n’est pas du tourisme « à tous les endroits célèbres ». C’est une promenade à Kanazawa où votre Guide traduit la ville – et nous retrouvons ce qui est perdu en traduction : pourquoi Kanazawa est devenue si belle. L’itinéraire est construit sur le mode de l’histoire : la nature composée de Kenrokuen, Kaga Yuzen de près (matériaux, métier, temps), une pause matcha dans un jardin de résidence de samouraïs, et les "iki" et "hana" du quartier du salon de thé.Vous dépasserez les stéréotypes, traçant esprit samouraï → travail à la main → élégance. Kanazawa a prospéré sous le nom de domaine de Kaga (« Kaga million koku »), le plus grand en dehors des Tokugawa. Surveillé par le shogunat, Kaga investit non pas dans le pouvoir militaire mais dans la culture – protégeant les artisans et élevant l’artisanat comme fierté. C’est pourquoi elle est surnommée « Little Kyoto », mais c’est aussi une ville samouraï : la grâce avec une tension tranquille. Idéal pour les voyageurs fatigués des spot-hopping, les amateurs d'artisanat/design/jardin, et les visiteurs réguliers du Japon. Première fois ? Pas de soucis – aucune connaissance nécessaire, un jargon minimal, un rythme flexible et de petits groupes pour des questions faciles.

Au sanctuaire de Kanazawa, encore visité quotidiennement par les étudiants et les habitants, commencez la visite par une prière tranquille pour une journée mémorable à Kanazawa.

I really enjoyed this tour. In addition to seeing some of Kanazawa highlights, we got to visit a master artisan in his studio and drink tea in a geisha teahouse. Our guide was super knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to give us suggestions about what else to see after the tour, and he helped us find a sushi restaurant for lunch.

I really enjoyed the places we visited as well as many interesting facts that I learned from Tomo. It was an amazing experience seeing masters craftsmen working in Kaga Yuzen Studio. Also visits in Samurai house and Geisha house were really interesting. Fortunately there weren’t many people. I had a really good time and would definitely recommend this trip.
