Les casiers ouvrent à 9 heures du matin à la jetée de Playa Tortugas à côté du bungee. Notre personnel vous aidera à enregistrer et attribuer le bateau, le catamaran part à 10h
Nous naviguons vers le récif El Meco juste entre le site archéologique du même nom et Isla Mujeres, où vous verrez des poissons colorés et des statues sous-marines.
Après avoir plongé dans les eaux cristallines, nous nous arrêtons à Playa Norte pour nager et avons la possibilité d'explorer le centre de cette ville magique.
Nous naviguons vers ce club de plage exclusif où, en plus des salles de bains, des douches et des chaises longues, vous pourrez déguster un buffet varié et délicieux de plats régionaux accompagnés de vos cocktails préférés de l'open bar.
La fête se poursuit à bord, repartant en contemplant un beau coucher de soleil et si le vent le permet, le vol sous spi est offert

Arriving, they took our new snorkel tubes to give us used ones. They had no lifeguards for children, when it came to snorkeling they took us with other boats, world of people. The beach club sells it as exclusive, but nothing to see. The beach they take us to is public and dirty. The meeting point inside a jewelry store to force the sale. Drinks in the fatal catamaran. In the end they push to tip.

Todos lo tubos de snorkel son nuevo, para los niños menos de 3 años no hay equipo de buceo ya que es para garantizar su salud, actualmente estamos en temporada y vas a encontrar un poco mas de viajeros. El punto de encuentro en la maravillosa isla es en una Joyería y no estas obligado a comprar, es como un aeropuerto o un tren o un cine, Extraño que una refrescante Bebida no sea de tu agrado(Ron,Tequila,Coca,Jugo de naranja o una Rica mezcla.) Para nuestros viajeros contamos con unos hermosos catamaranes y nuestra actividad es Tours se Snorkels, paseo por la maravillosa isla de las mujeres con comida incluida tipo bufette mexicano. We booked a PRIVATE tour for November 12th. On Tuesday November 11th I received a message that the port was closed so we rebooked for November 14. On the DAY OF the tour, they told us we would be UNABLE to take a private tour because the port only allowed large shared vessels. They offered us to go on a SHARED tour with a lot of other people, but without any financial refund. We paid over $1,000 for a private tour and the shared tour was significantly cheaper. We didn’t want to pay over $1,000 to still be on a boat with other people. They never told me ahead of time that I was unable to take my private tour UNTIL I showed up THE DAY OF. We booked a PRIVATE tour and were NOT able to go. They told me to my face I could either get on the shared boat tour or get a FULL refund. When I requested my refund they only approved 50% because of “operational costs and last minute cancellation”. What operation?! The boat we had booked wasn’t even there. The only boat there was the shared boat. I’m assuming they never told me ahead of time because I would have cancelled with proper notice and they would have been forced to give me my full refund. Instead, they waited until last minute so if I didn’t take the CRAP option they gave me, it would look like it was my fault and they could get $525 for NOT EVEN TAKING ME ON A PRIVATE TOUR. A BUNCH OF LYING THEIVES
We apologize for the inconvenience. We've reached this point because we are responsible people. You should have canceled on the day of your event if the weather didn't permit the activity. Changing the date and not showing up generates operational costs, so we refunded 50% of your ticket. Not refunding anything would be an abuse of our power. Book a catamaran experience, you won't regret it! The crew was great. Great hospitality, great service, and great energy! The snorkeling experience was my favorite part. We also rented golf carts while we visited Isla Mujeres during the tour and glad we did.
Alex and the crew were amazing. The catamaran was very old and not like the picture. The snorkeling was great, it was at a shipwreck. The second isla Mujeres stop was good. Don’t lie they drop you off literally in a jewelry store for the meetup place. Lastly, the last stop was terrible. It was a run down resort with sunken boats, blaring music and a buffet. The buffet was stale hot dogs, spaghetti, watermelon, and cold pizza that you would get in 3rd grade. We did not eat. The drink did not have alcohol. The third spot was the reason I’m writing the review. Please find another spot. I would not choose this tour again as there are better options for the ~$1k USD price point. I wish I would’ve booked the isla mujeres excursion from my resort. Same price. Newer boat and transportation is included. The crew and Alex were great and helped out a lot at the snorkel site.
The most valuable thing is our team, which is constantly training, taking care of you, serving you, and ensuring you have a great day of your vacation. The rest is important: enjoying a good snorkel and getting to know Isla de las Mujeres. Everything has a meeting point. The food is typical of the region, with other options to try. We had Joel, Boris and Jesus as our crew and had a wonderful day out of the ocean. Jesus is a skilled captain and Joel kept us organized and in Beer. Boris - well how he managed to make us all look good in the pictures I don’t know. He kept our cups filled and went into the water with Joel to keep us safe during snorkelling. And when Boris unfurled that sail and we swept across the water with the ocean spray - the day was complete. Thank you to Joluga and the team for an awesome day and great memories.

The tour was very complete and the very pleasant. Non-rebated drinks, clean bathrooms and enough time to visit and swim on the island.
