Notre visite fonctionne tous les jours de 10h00 à 17h00, nous partons de Marina Cun Maran au Blvd. Kukulkan Km. 5, Cancun Hotel Zone. Le Check In est tous les jours à 9h00 et ferme à 09h45. Dans le cas où vous avez besoin de transport aller-retour depuis votre hôtel (Cancun, Playa Mujeres ou Riviera Maya), veuillez sélectionner le grade Tour avec Transport et nous vous confirmerons l'heure de prise en charge en fonction de votre emplacement hôtelier.

Such an awful excursion. The boat was nice. People Fortuno were also very nice. However the storming was about five minutes. They took us to see statues under the water. Then the island the lunch is hotdog and Jell-O and they sit there for 2 to 3 hours with nothing to do unless you pay entrance to rent golf carts. It was horrible. Save your money.

The transportation that I paid extra for was an hour late to pick us up. Then it was not big enough to fit our party of 20. We had to let the kids sit on the parent’s lap in traffic for over 1.5 hr drive to the check in point. The shuttle had poor AC. Bc we were late, the catamaran of 30 people max took off and they placed us in the 90 people boat! It was a horrible experience. “Open bar” was not freely given during the tour. We docked for about 1 hr at one side of island that is just a tourist trap. Then to the other side where u can finally swim and eat the buffet. The only thing good was the buffet on the island! I don’t recommend this tour. Everything was rushed and unorganized. Oh! Make sure to do your math when u paid for the dock fee. The lady told me $360 when it was only $270!!!! We had two children under 4, which are free. Even if they weren’t, my party was 20 so it would have only been $300 not $360!!!

Upon arrival at the hotel for your group, you decided not to get on the van because there were more people on it, which I would like to clarify that our transportation service is shared, since if you want to hire private transportation, it has an extra cost. This situation delayed the operation of your tour, which caused you to arrive at the marina later, your catamaran had already departed to Isla Mujeres, so we were able to assign you to another boat with different capacity, so as not to lose your tour, which was leaving later than the initial itinerary. The open bar is given during all the route of the catamaran and in the beach club. The payment of the dock tax is established by the government authorities, and they define the total amount to be paid according to the age of the passengers, which has no relation with our company. This was the best activity for us! Our “boat” hosts were so much fun. I couldn’t eat the food because I’m I have cilliac disease. We rented a golf cart and had a blast! The ride back to the mainland was a party atmosphere with the sails up! Amazing!
