Cependant, nous avons gardé le guide le plus expérimenté et ils savent vraiment quoi faire de leur travail. Nous offrons 4 options pour des clients avec des demandes différentes. Si vous voulez voir les pandas plus actifs avec moins de foule, vous pouvez choisir l'option 1 pour visiter la base de pandas et le parc d'irrigation de Dujiangyan comme une excursion d'une journée. Cependant, si vous avez déjà vu les pandas auparavant et que vous aimez la randonnée dans la nature, veuillez choisir l'option 2 pour visiter le patrimoine naturel et culturel de l'UNESCO - le système d'irrigation du mont Qingcheng et Dujiangyan. De plus, si vous avez seulement besoin d'un transfert privé vers ces attractions, veuillez sélectionner les options 3 et 4
Options de l'excursion
Itinéraire
Option 1: Pour cette option, vous visiterez la montagne n°1 de l'ouest du Sichuan-Mt. Qingcheng. D'où son nom "Montagne aux Verts", la montagne est recouverte à 98 % de forêts pour constituer un bar à oxygène naturel. Nous conduirons 1h30 du centre-ville de Chengdu jusqu'au mont Qingcheng, puis marcherons environ 1 heure jusqu'au lac Yuecheng. En chemin, nous visiterons le temple Jianfu. Le lac se trouve juste au pied du sommet Zhangren et a été formé par une source souterraine. La brume sur le lac et ses environs donne une superbe image le matin. Après ce lac, nous pouvons prendre le câble jusqu'au milieu de la montagne en 10 minutes, puis marcher encore 40 minutes jusqu'au sommet de la montagne, le Palais Laojun. Vous aurez un aperçu de toute la plaine de Chengdu si le temps le permet. Finalement, nous suivrons le même chemin pour revenir au parking.
Option 2: Dans cette option, vous pouvez visiter la base de pandas beaucoup moins fréquentée de Dujiangyan. Il y a une base de pandas dans le centre-ville de Chengdu, cependant, c'est aussi la base de pandas la plus peuplée car c'est celle fermée du centre-ville de Chengdu. Vous devez normalement attendre des heures, quelle que soit l'heure à laquelle vous quittez votre hôtel. Il y a toujours des centaines de touristes chinois qui arrivent plus tôt que vous (quelqu'un arrive aux pandas à 6h30 pour attendre l'ouverture à 7h30). D'un autre côté, Dujiangyan est plus frais que le centre-ville de Chengdu car il se trouve sur une montagne plus haute. Vous savez, les pandas sont plus actifs par temps plus frais. Ainsi, vous pouvez voir les pandas les plus actifs dans la base des pandas de Dujiangyan, mais avec beaucoup moins de monde.
Après avoir terminé le mont. Qingcheng ou parc Panda. Nous vous conduirons dans ce centre commercial doté d'une librairie de style "École de Poudlard". Nous pourrons prendre de très belles photos à l'intérieur et nous pouvons également y déjeuner si vous préférez la cuisine occidentale. Si vous préférez la cuisine chinoise pour le déjeuner, nous pouvons sûrement vous recommander bons restaurants locaux
Dans l'après-midi, nous visiterons l'autre partie du patrimoine naturel et culturel de l'UNESCO : le système d'irrigation de Dujiangyan. Il s'agit du plus ancien système d'irrigation artificiel dont profite le Sichuan depuis près de 2 300 ans et qui fonctionne désormais. Notre guide vous fera visiter le parc et vous partagera tous les antécédents tels que le fonctionnement du système d'irrigation, comment il est devenu un projet de subsistance à partir d'une stratégie militaire, qui est le fondateur de ce système massif, quelles sont les anciennes intelligences et philosophies chinoises, etc. Une fois que vous avez apprécié le voyage, nous vous raccompagnerons à votre hôtel de Chengdu vers 18h00.

Pour l'option 3/4, le chauffeur parlant chinois vous enverra au parking à proximité de l'attraction et vous indiquera le chemin vers l'entrée. Le chauffeur vous attendra au parking. Fascinating and educational tour. Incredible to see a water management system that's lasted over 1500 years and is still in use. Plus the pandas were worth the long drive.

We chose this tour together with one visiting the Panda Reserve and the Sanxingdui Museum. Originally, this tour was planned for our second day, but because of an event happening near the museum, the agency suggested swapping the two days. The change worked very smoothly and everything stayed well organised. This tour took us to Mt Qingcheng, an important spiritual center for Taoism, and to the Dujiangyan Irrigation Project. Mt Qingcheng was quite busy, but because of the mist the mountain had a slightly mysterious and atmospheric feeling, which made the visit quite special. The Dujiangyan Irrigation Project was also fascinating, especially when understanding how advanced the engineering was so many centuries ago. Our guide and driver Victor was very informative, spoke excellent English, and everything was punctual and arranged in a very efficient way. We also enjoyed lunch at a local restaurant, where we tried dishes typical of the area, which were all delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed this tour and would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about Taoism and the impressive history and engineering of the Dujiangyan Irrigation Project.

We did the Pandas and then the Irrigation system - a really good combination. The Dujiangyan panda base is quieter than the Breeding centre in Chengdu. Really easy to see the Giant and Red Pandas. The Irrigation system was interesting, lovely views, lots of walking and the Taoist temple was beautiful. Our guide Cora was lovely and driver excellent.
Our family used Real China Travel for our private Chengdu/ Jiuzhaigou tour in July 2025 . Victor is very knowledgeable about the attractions in and around Chengdu. He makes every stop interesting, especially the Dujiangyan irrigation project. It has certainly left us with deeper understanding of the project. This trip was intersting. We had our guide Ora. She could speak English gut. She told us many interesting about different places. Thank you very much Ora. We were with her everywhere the whole day according the programm. After were were very tired but happy that we had order this tour. We have an opinion that it is better to have two days to see those two places. one day is not enough.

Victor is an excellent guide and I highly recommend this trip. I had so many questions and he always knew the answer, whether I was asking about more recent developments or ancient history. There's so way I would have learned so much going to these places on my own and it would have so much less convenient. I'm really glad I did the tour!
