Description
Nous viendrons vous chercher au port de croisière dans un véhicule privé avec un guide bilingue, originaire de Roatán, qui sera également votre chauffeur pour la journée. Tout au long de la visite, votre guide vous fera partager la riche histoire et la culture de l'île. Commencez par une balade à cheval de 45 minutes le long de la plage de Flowers Bay, une zone paisible avec une vue imprenable sur la côte. La balade se déroule dans un cadre privé et sûr, vous permettant de vous détendre et de profiter du paysage. Ensuite, explorez les points forts du West End Village. Vous aurez la possibilité de vous arrêter et de déguster la cuisine locale dans les restaurants recommandés (repas non inclus). Ensuite, visitez la Chocolate Factory pour en savoir plus sur les chocolats artisanaux et les déguster, suivi d'un arrêt à la Rum Factory pour une vue panoramique et une dégustation de leur célèbre rhum et de leurs gâteaux au rhum. Cette visite allie aventure, culture et saveur pour une expérience mémorable à Roatán. Nous veillerons à ce que vous reveniez au port suffisamment à l'avance avant le départ de votre croisière.

L'heure de rendez-vous est prévue une heure après l'accostage de votre navire au port. L'heure du navire et l'heure locale peuvent différer, nous avons donc ajusté l'heure du rendez-vous en conséquence. Si l'heure d'arrivée de votre navire change, l'heure de rendez-vous restera une heure après votre arrivée. Si possible, vous pouvez débarquer plus d'une heure après l'amarrage, car nos représentants sont disponibles avant l'arrivée de votre navire. Rassurez-vous, si vous ne pouvez pas venir dans l'heure, nos représentants vous attendront. INSTRUCTIONS PORT DE CROISIÈRE DE MAHOGANY BAY CARNIVAL : COMMENT NOUS TROUVER * Traversez le centre commercial. * Sortez par la passerelle couverte pour trouver les taxis et les bus du Carnaval. * Tournez à gauche lorsque vous atteignez la route et montez jusqu'à la porte de sécurité. * Descendez la petite colline et en bas, vous verrez notre personnel tenant une pancarte indiquant « ROATÁN TUCAN ADVENTURES ». INSTRUCTIONS DE RÉUNION POUR LE "PORT DE ROATAN, COXEN HOLE. • Lorsque vous descendez du navire, entrez dans le port. Passez devant les magasins, passez devant les roches artificielles et la peinture sur le mur à votre droite. • Tournez à droite où vous trouverez le magasin « Piraña Joe ». • Continuez à avancer. Tournez à droite avant d'arriver à la « Boutique de cadeaux Tucán ». • Passez sous le toit couvert et suivez les panneaux du port en direction de « Bureaux du port », « Taxi » et « Sortie ». Vous arriverez à un pavillon couvert bordé de chaque côté de stands qui seront occupés par des entreprises faisant la promotion de leurs tournées. • Continuez tout droit dans cette zone, en suivant le chemin du trottoir tout droit. Cherchez la porte de sécurité 1, veuillez sortir par là. • Nous serons juste devant la barrière de sécurité avec un panneau indiquant « ROATAN TUCAN ADVENTURES ». Si vous séjournez dans un hôtel à Roatan, donnez-nous simplement vos coordonnées et votre adresse et nous viendrons vous chercher à la bonne heure et à la bonne date. Notre équipe veillera à ce que tout se passe bien, afin que vous viviez une expérience sans tracas.

Our tour guide Cynthia was wonderful. She took our photos. Made us feel comfortable. Bought us fruit and waters. Took us to a great restaurant where we had fried red snapper that was delicious.
We had the best experience. Of all the excursions, this was our favorite. Diana was wonderful. We absolutely loved her. Marvin was great and did a great job showing us how to ride the horses. We will definitely book again. Thank you for making our trip so amazing.

Nesto was our tour guide and he was the absolute best! We enjoyed the private horseback ride. We went and enjoyed some fresh local chocolate and then went to the rum tour and enjoyed some nice drinks there. I definitely recommend this tour and request Nesto if you can!

Great excursion! Our driver and guide, Tyler, was exceptional. The tour of the island , horseback riding along the beach, rum and chocolate tasting, and the views made the tour very worthwhile. Highly recommend this tour and ask for Tyler.
Julio was our local guide. He was very flexible and even though our ship arrived late and then had to tender us to the port, he was patiently waiting for us and we were still able to see everything we wanted to. The horseback ride was a fun, short ride. The horses needed no guidance as they were well trained and very tame. My partner did not want to do the horseback riding part so they were able to wait in the air conditioned souvenir shop while I was on the ride. From there, we went to the chocolate factory and then the rum factory. I absolutely loved the chocolate factory and bought chocolate bars, powder, cocoa tea, soap and cocoa butter to take home. We drove through the small town and when I saw an item in a store window that I wanted, Julio parked so that I could run in and get it. He also took us to two different large Roatan signs and took pictures of the two of us. We also stopped in another souvenir shop, at our request, before heading back to the port. Julio did also offer to take us to two different animal preserves for just the cost of the admission fee, as we were passing them and had extra time, but we declined. We rode around in a little Honda Accord, just Julio and the two of us, for the entire tour. It was great to be able to go at our pace and to have a knowledgeable, polite, local guide. For those nervous about going through Viator and not the cruise ship, the directions they give you are super accurate. If it is crowded when you get to the final exit gate and people are just standing there clueless as they were when we went, just say excuse me and walk through the gate. There are guards there directing traffic and people but please do not be alarmed. There will be lots of commotion but the tour guide’s sign is very clear, professionally made and easy to see. Their uniforms also match the tour company name. After getting past that craziness, we felt 100% safe traveling with Julio and he was an excellent driver. We got back to the port with plenty of time to shop at the port if we wanted and to tender back to the ship. We were not rushed at all during any point on the tour. When we spoke to people on our ship who went on a tour through the cruise line to the chocolate factory, rum factory and through the little town as we did, they did not have a good experience and they were shocked when we told them about how well Julio treated us as our personal guide. I was happy to tell them all about Julio and Viator so that when they cruise again, they can book with confidence.
Sinthia was an amazing tour guide - very knowledgeable and accommodating! As she drove us around the island to our different stops, she shared a lot about island life. She even stopped for empanadas per our request! The horseback riding was a lot of fun! And the rum and chocolate stops were the perfect combination to wrap up our tour!
Our guide was great. The horseback riding was along a beach with the option of riding in the water a bit. We enjoyed the chocolate tasting quite a bit. It was nice to have our own private tour without worrying about driving or parking.
This tour with the horseback riding was always a dream and to have the opportunity was very satisfying.. Some of the reviews indicated that there was no experience riding and I was like great- because we never rode a horse before. Our guide Phil was amazing- after sorting out the logistics at the Port- the tour began and Phil was soo knowledgeable about ha home town and we enjoyed the trips to the chocolate and rum factories. The horses seemed very back riding was the highlight- our guide Marvin made the experience soo enjoyable- and the horses seemed very friendly and were very aware of their tasks. It made the experience soo enjoyable and memorable - that we are still talking about the trip
