Nous embarquons à bord du catamaran entièrement approvisionné où nous mouillons en mer pour votre expérience de plongée avec tuba
Après l'expérience de plongée en apnée, nous naviguons vers l'aquarium des dauphins où vous pourrez voir les dauphins. (nous ne voyons que les dauphins sans nager avec eux)
En quittant l'aquarium des dauphins, nous naviguons vers la piscine naturelle où nous mouillons à nouveau permettant aux passagers de se mettre à l'eau et de nager, boire et faire la fête au son de notre Dj. (la piscine naturelle a une profondeur de 3 à 4 pieds pour que les passagers puissent se tenir debout et nager en toute sécurité)

L'HEURE DE DÉBUT EST 14H30, DONC LA PRISE EN CHARGE NE SE FERA PAS À 14h30. L'heure de prise en charge dépend de l'hôtel/resort dans lequel vous séjournez et notre représentant vous contactera 24 heures avant pour planifier votre heure de prise en charge. Une fois que vous avez votre heure de prise en charge, VOUS DEVEZ ÊTRE AU LOBBY À CE MOMENT. Notre transport Camion/Bus et le chauffeur seront à l'hôtel avec une liste des noms de nos clients. Seules les chaussures d'eau autorisées sur le bateau Si votre hôtel ne figure pas dans la liste ou si vous séjournez dans un Airbnb, nous pouvons organiser un point de rendez-vous à proximité pour le ramassage. Nous pouvons également vous accueillir directement à la plage où le bateau est embarqué si vous choisissez de vous y rendre par vos propres moyens.

Let me tell you, this was a party boat! I booked this excursion last minute & the owner personally came to pick me up & drop me off. The party boat was so much fun!! Great music, great vibes & felt totally safe. The boat was clean and everyone was so welcoming. I will be coming back :).

First of all, there’s no specific address for the company so our taxi had to call his coworkers to ask for an idea of the location. We got to the location, and the company said they didn’t have our reservation. She had to call around to a few people to figure it out, even though on the app it says to go to Infinity Catamarans. afterwards I was told that they’re going to refund me, that there was some confusion? So they found the reservation? I am expecting my money back and will be contacting Viator and my bank because I ended up paying for a new excursion.

Not one. You booked a tour, didn’t bother to list a hotel for pickup, and somehow expected us to be mind readers. Sorry, but our team doesn’t have psychic powers (we checked). No one told you to go to any location, you went to the wrong one all by yourself. That’s not on us. We clearly state that a valid phone number is required, and guess what? We have the call logs and WhatsApp messages sent to your contact all of which was ignored. Meanwhile, we’re busy assisting actual customers who can follow simple instructions. Your lack of attention isn’t our emergency. So please, next time, try reading the directions before jumping to conclusions and writing fairy tales online. As shown by our countless real reviews, we provide exceptional service. Yours, however, was just a masterclass in confusion. Bravo. 👏
