Nos opérations commencent vers 8 h et vont jusqu'à 16 h 30. Entre ces heures, vous pouvez venir faire votre visite. En outre, une visite prend normalement environ 40 minutes à 1 heure pour terminer. Lors de la visite de la plantation, vous devez participer à la séance de cueillette du thé. Avant la séance, nous avons célébré le culte coutumier du Seigneur Ganesh dans un petit kovil près de la plantation. Vous recevrez également votre panier pour récolter le thé, ainsi qu'un petit mottu. Si vous décidez de participer à l'activité de cueillage de thé, vous pourriez peut-être porter la tenue habituelle de cueilleur de thé d'un saree ou d'un paréo enveloppant. Détendez-vous au milieu de la vue imprenable sur la verdure infinie, les domaines de thé et la campagne environnante dans notre Sky Café à partir d'un sommet de montagne de 300m au-dessus du sol / 1300m au-dessus du niveau de la mer. Offrez-vous une expérience unique de dégustation de thé et découvrez comment et pourquoi le thé de Ceylan existe en différentes qualités et saveurs pour convenir à diverses palettes dans le monde entier.

Entourée de champs de thé vert luxuriant, l'usine propose un certain nombre d'activités, de la randonnée à travers des jardins de thé vert luxuriant, la cueillette du thé et l'apprentissage du processus de fabrication du thé pour enfin savourer votre propre tasse de thé pour compléter le voyage du thé.

We had Sallay as a tour guide and he was perfect. „Drink more tea“ is his life advice. Dude was so influential even my coffee loving dad started drinking more tea. Plucking tour was great, especially the view.
Unfortunately, this tour was very disappointing and felt misleading. We were given only a very brief explanation about tea, then handed a basket to collect a few leaves, followed by a tea tasting. Nothing else was explained in any meaningful detail. The experience was also much shorter than expected. We did not get to see how the factory actually operates, learn about the tea production process, or watch the workers harvest the tea under real working conditions. Overall, the tour felt superficial and did not match the experience we thought we had booked. We also discovered that the same tour can be booked directly at the venue for a much lower price. We do not believe this experience was worth the amount we paid, and we would not recommend booking it through Viator.
A wonderful experience learning about how tea is grown, picked and the tasting grades. Lovely experience with Mr.Salley and very kind Pushparani, who we picked tea with. Very good explanation with jaw dropping views. Thank you for such a wonderful family experience. We all enjoyed it. Kids especially!:-)

We loved our tour of the tea plantation. Our guide Darshani was really lovely and friendly and gave a really interesting talk on the tea leaves before letting us pick some tea of our own with the bamboo baskets. We then had a tea tasting session with a wide variety of teas. Would definitely recommend this tea factory it was a great morning!
