Avec votre guide viticole, découvrez la région viticole des Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire située au pied de la montagne Sainte-Victoire et découvrez les caractéristiques de ce terroir. Renseignez-vous sur les cépages locaux et le processus de fabrication du vin en visitant les caves. Rencontrez les vignerons et dégustez les vins AOP Côtes de Provence en 3 couleurs : rouge, rosé et blanc. Que diriez-vous d'un vin avec un long potentiel de garde?

Itinéraire
Rencontrez votre guide œnologue anglophone devant notre point de rendez-vous (situé dans le centre, à proximité du cours Mirabeau) à Aix en Provence. Votre guide vous conduira dans une mini-fourgonnette propre, confortable et climatisée pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Vous arriverez une demi-heure plus tard dans la région viticole des Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire, située au pied de l’impressionnante montagne Sainte-Victoire. Obtenez une visite privée dans 2 établissements vinicoles, des propriétés familiales et des propriétés primées. Goûtez des rouges pleins de caractère et de finesse, des rosés aromatiques ou gastronomiques et des blancs vifs (environ 9 vins différents au total). Vous serez de retour à Aix en Provence vers 12h15 au même endroit où nous nous sommes rencontrés au début du tour. Nous sélectionnons différents types de vignobles afin de vous offrir la possibilité de voir différentes façons de travailler. Nous avons développé des partenariats nous permettant de vous accompagner dans les coulisses: des salles de vinification et de vieillissement aux lignes d'embouteillage, vous verrez tout! Votre guide vous expliquera également le sol, le climat, les cépages, le fameux terroir, mais aussi la cueillette, la taille, la vendange en vert et de nombreux autres sujets de manière détendue et pédagogique.

This was a great wine tour. Our guide knew a lot about wine and was able to answer all questions. She made the experience great! The wine was fabulous and the vineyards were gorgeous. We learned a lot about the wine making process and Rose!

My friend and I attended this tour and had a great time! Stephan, our tour guide, was really fun, upbeat, and knowledgeable. He helped us dive more into culture and made wine tasting approachable. Lorus, our tour guide, was fantastic. He’s a sommelier and did a wonderful job explaining the wine and winemaking process. We went to two local wineries who produce excellent but distinctly different wine. Highly recommend!

Our wine guide Loris made our trip to visit two wineries in the shadow of Mount Ste Victoire a pleasure. A nice morning outing away from the city…interesting local wines to taste, great views of the mountain and even an engaging vineyard dog to meet. Recommended.

This is a great tour if you want to see the gorgeous countryside. Our guide took us northeast of Aix en Provence to two wineries. One old, one new. We learned so much about how the grapes are grown, harvested and aged. Our guide Loris was so knowledgeable about the history of the region. He was lovely and answered many questions. I would highly recommend.
