Cette expérience offre la seule visite directe de Bath à Stonehenge. Le trajet jusqu'à Stonehenge prend un peu moins d'une heure dans chaque sens. Nous utilisons des minibus de luxe avec de grandes fenêtres panoramiques, la climatisation et des sièges confortables pour vous assurer que votre voyage soit relaxant et agréable. En cours de route, le chauffeur / guide vous indiquera tous les sites, des vues panoramiques sur les plaines de Salisbury aux forts de Celtic Hill et aux villages de chaume. Par temps clair, vous pourrez même apercevoir le célèbre cheval blanc de Westbury, l'une des sculptures de Chalk Hill de l'ancien Wessex.

Itinéraire
Vous serez à Stonehenge pour un minimum de 2 heures. C'est amplement le temps de voir Stonehenge correctement et de profiter de la boutique de souvenirs, du café et de la salle d'exposition du centre d'accueil. Le chauffeur/guide triera vos billets à votre arrivée et vous expliquera l'aménagement du site. Le temps passé à Stonehenge est à vous de profiter à votre rythme. Des audioguides sont disponibles en 10 langues différentes à utiliser autour des pierres, ceux-ci sont gratuits mais sous réserve de disponibilité.
Par temps clair, nous pourrons voir le Westbury White Horse, une colline de craie sculptée dans les années 1770. Notre itinéraire offre une vue panoramique sur la plaine de Salisbury et la vallée d'Avon, et passe par Cley Hill, le fort de la colline de l'âge du fer et le tumulus.
Nous voyons des chaumières et une prison historique dans le cadre de notre voyage.

The ride was quick comfortable and you were able to skip the line for tickets. Sally, our tour guide, was exceptionally kind, funny and informative.
This is the best way to see Stonehenge! Sally, who was great, picked us up in Bath and drove us the hour to Stonehenge while providing us fun facts about the area along the way. Once at Stonehenge, the admission process was a piece of cake. We got to spend 2 hours there which is more than over tour groups. Then we had a relaxing ride back to Bath. It was a great trip!
This was a great tour with a good amount of time at the site. Richard (our tour guide) had interesting and entertaining commentary, but didn't overdo it. Would definitely recommend this tour.
My adult son and I had a great experience on our tour. I want to state at the outset this is not an actual tour of Stonehenge once you arrive there, but more, transportation and background and sightseeing along the way there and back. There were 2 buses for the day/time (starting on a Sunday afternoon in Bath). The drivers met us on time and once everyone arrived we set off. Our very pleasant driver (sorry, I really wish I remembered his name) pointed out many local sites of interest on the way to Stonehenge. I really was glad he pointed out one of the famous chalk white horses along the way (look it up)! He told us a bit of history of Bath as well. Upon arriving at the visitor center at Stonehenge, he clearly outlined what to expect while there and how to reconnect at the end of tour (you catch buses from the center that take you most of the way to the stones). I appreciated his laid back approach; after a morning absorbing a lot about the Roman baths and history of Bath, this was a mix of pleasure punctuated with intervals of rest, as he did not spout facts the entire time. It was a great afternoon and I encourage anyone to take this tour.
I can't recommend enough! Everything was perfect. Driver was on time, super friendly and profesional. The drive is long but he gave us some info during the journey about the areas we were crossing. Entrance was smooth. I recommend downloading the audio guide in advance. It is one hour drive to go, 2 hours in site and an hour return. The ticket includes the entrance fee.
Dan is a really good driver and made the trip incredibly pleasant. He has a great sense of humor and created a balance of information, wit, and calm. Highly recommended

Really enjoyed the tour. Our tour guide Richard was awesome. If you don’t want to spend your time on a crowed bus, this is actually the tour you need to book. Small group, comfortable and clean bus, perfect guide… it has it all.
Small group tours are great; a maximum of 15 passengers means our tours are personal and friendly, with plenty of time to explore Stonehenge at your own pace. Thank you for this amazing review! Happy travels!
The tour was everything the activity described, the driver was very punctual, friendly, and fun, the activity is in English and the driver was telling us things as we headed to Stonehenge, you have two hours to do the tour at the site.

An easy and scenic 1 hour trip with Stonehenge as the destination. The guide/driver was very warm and friendly and set a very nice tone to the day.
