Excursion d'une demi-journée en catamaran à Minorque

Description

Trip canceled due to a storm 24 hours before the scheduled date, no refund for an amount of 140 euros, because I had not taken the "free cancellation before 48 hours" rate even though it is stipulated on their site that if the trip is canceled the full amount will be refunded. In short, I am left with only a voucher valid for 1 year.
Very good experience. Pleasant, well organized. It is very enjoyable. Small group that allows for a lot of enjoyment
Capitan Angel and the lady at the reception were amazing with my family. Very kind and taking care of us. 100% recommended!
Very friendly team, and a crazy atmosphere. I highly recommend going out to sea on a catamaran with them. Very good snorkeling spot. We had plenty of time for that. Kudos to them. If we return to Menorca, we will not fail to repeat this experience with them.
So, let's start with the super positive fact that the captain, Giampiero, was perfect and even more, and that all the staff are very kind. The catamaran experience with the aperitif, drinks, etc., was also beautiful. The only downside was the fact that we couldn't go to the chosen coves due to a lack of wind, and the tour we did honestly didn't particularly excite me; the seabeds are dark, but I assume this is the case all over the north of the island. I expected more, but it was still a very fun experience.
The organizers had no compassion: road trouble: we notified them of our arrival at 10:00 instead of 9:50. Up until then, exchanges were in French. Afterward, extremely unpleasant: they kept our money, no compassion or compensation; a tourist money trap. Beware. Children crying, they didn't care and were just happy about our situation.
We spent a pleasant afternoon on a small catamaran (about ten people) heading toward the beaches of northern Menorca. Our skipper was very professional and sailed almost the entire time, which was very appreciable and quiet. On the catamaran, drinks were offered and masks were made available. We made two swimming stops in coves where we were also able to see rays. A very nice activity offered from the town of Fornells in the north of Menorca, where I advise you to book a restaurant to taste the famous lobster stew!
The guide was super kind and knowledgeable, long live Italy and Italians like him.
Guide told nothing, could barely speak English, was only a little on the mobile. Food consisted of 1 dish with some fuet and chips that you had to divide with 13 men. Wouldn't book again.
Fantastic experience, but the icing on the cake was the skipper Giampiero, an extraordinary and brilliant person who managed to convey to us his love for the sea and for these wonderful places, thank you
